Shelves where very well stocked unlike other stores I have seen lately. “First time going into this store in this area, the one we have in our area. The Lake is not as nice and not as supplied. All the departments were completely supplied. Baby and great selection in the deli. From salmon to crab hot and cold side, not really expensive. Medium price bought a couple of things and used them for 2 days, great stop.”

“I recently heard about this place last night from a foody friend. St. Louis over the last ten years has developed an embarrassment of riches with high quality Mexican and Central American food. I am however always looking for more and when I was told there was a place by the South Couny Home Depot, I was ready to give it a try. It is a grocery in front with a window in back to order. Several tables and probably seating for 10-30 with tables between 2 top and 8 top but not many. No Public Bathrooms. Be careful and don't get confused by "La Fiesta", which appears to just be standard Tex/Mex and has no grocery but is the first place you will see in strip mall. Keep going. This was my first trip and I only got carryouts. Enchiladas for my bride and tacos for me. All of it traveled well to Webster and was completely enjoyable. I got Asada and Tinga tacos and she had the Tinga enchilada plate. The enchiladas were served with a fluffy rice (no peas) and refried beans. The tacos were street style with onions and cilantro on corn tortillas with a lime wedge. It was all great. In my opinion, worth the drive. It is as far as you can go driving south on Lindbergh in a strip mall running perpendicular to Home Depot. Reasonable English was spoken and the proprietors were extremely friendly. I will definitely go back.”

“Well, Dierbergs.... I will continue to get my produce and colorful bagels from y'all, but I'm staying out of the bakery if I'm not there for gooey butter crispy cookies. Please have someone on staff in your bakery covering families getting off work at 5pm. And a decent, free thinking baker in this gorgeous grocer would save revenue.The Birthday cake attached here is one I picked up Sunday, 11/12/2023. In Dierbergs' defense, I sent in a photo of my son's board for inspiration(also attached here) a day too late. I agreed to a scanned picture of a chess board that would cover the cake...(can be found on Google like the one randomly slapped on the cake). This was $50 I was not going to spend on a 17yr old's cake.Misunderstanding happens.You still have my business.”

“The store is clean and organized. However, the cashier gave me a total ($93.xx) that was not on the screen or receipt and then gave me the receipt, and it was higher by a couple of dollars. I asked her about it and she said it was my rewards total... wrong the total was $95.XX, my rewards amount was $76. Then she told me it was because of tax... wrong my sub total was $91.xx. so she snatched the receipt out of my hand and said, Listen to me lady... Excuse me I don't know who she thinks she was dealing with, but no don't ever treat any customer like that!! I will NOT go back to this location and will tell my experience!!!”

Recently as of this past week, an employee went out of his way to grab me a bag potatoes that they were unloading from truck shipment. “Let me tell you about a little known secret. Schnucks salad bar is awesome! And, a great healthy alternative to fast food. With 115 locations in 4 states, there is always a Schnucks nearby when you are out and about. I find the salad bar is always stocked with fresh favorites. Plenty of protein choices to make a nutritionally rich meal. And, they have also have a few pasta favorites. I love the noodles with the little peas (shown in my pic). Lots of good salad dressings. My salad weighed in at exactly 1 pound. At $8.99/lb that is pretty competitive to your fast food choices as well. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Stores are always brightly lit, clean and inviting. Kudos to Schnucks for making their salad bar so accessible, nutritious and yummy!”
