The first time I used Fisher's I had a great experience. Several years later, unfortunately I had to contact them again. This time my experience wasn't the best. My truck has been back to Fisher's 3 times in the last year, and is now sitting in my driveway still not fixed. I got the transmission rebuilt and when it came back a few months later while it was still under warranty a bolt backed out of the pump in the transmission which then got caught on the torque converter and caused my truck to lock up while I was driving. Since it was under warranty of course it went back and a few weeks later I picked my truck up and while driving home my truck started shaking at 60 MPH, which it did not do before. Once I got home I then realized the next day that it was leaking from the rear seal in the transmission. After calling fishers again and being told that there is no tow service they offer to get my truck back to the shop, I had to pay over $600 for a tow truck to take it back up there without reimbursement. Here we are a few weeks later, I get my truck back and it's still shaking at 60 miles per hour still has the same torque converter in it, still has a big gouge all the way around it, and lastly my drive shaft looks to be bent.. which would explain the shaking. So I give them one last phone call because I expect everything on my truck to be fixed considering it's still under warranty and it was their bolt backing out that caused all of these issues in the first place. I don't recommend using Fisher's Automatic Transmission Service!!
