“This review is for Susan specifically. I came in one night a few weeks ago with a SIM failure. It was 45 minutes to close and there were 3 people in front of me. I watched Susan handle the people in front of me with nothing but patience, kindness and helpfulness. She made me feel comfortable while I waited and she happily helped me when it was my turn. She resolved my issue and I couldn't be happier with the service she provided me. Thank you Susan, you are a rare gem.”

“Went in with my two young daughters (one has to be carried-infant). Older daughters shoe was untied and a staff member offered to tie it and did for her. Staff saw my struggling to hold my items at check out and promptly opened a lane to check me out and engaged in sweet conversation with my older daughter. Amazing customer service so thankful for them making my trip a little easier.”
“Typically I have a really bad time when I stop in. But not this time. The worker on shift was very kind and helpful. He was patient with my mom and did everything he could to help her buy a new phone. Saquib was the best worker I've ever had help me at metro.”
