“I first talked to Tyler. He was very professional. He told me to get my car to their shop and he will have the insurance adjuster take a look. I dropped my car off and met Bryan. He was very friendly. I myself have been in the customer service sector for 36 years. After talking with Bryan I had no concerns about my car being repaired right.Tyler got the insurance adjuster out to their business quickly and my car got done in a timely manner. My car looks great and I will highly recommend them . Thank you for doing a great job!!!”

“These guys are awesome! I called on a Friday and was able to get my car in on Monday and had it back the following Tuesday. They are extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. They even offer a smile over the phone. There’s also a cat at the shop which is a cool bonus. I cannot recommend this place enough.”

“MERTZ did a great job with my wife's vehicle. It looked even better than expected.MERTZ did struggle a bit with communication and the time-frame estimation for the repairs was way off. But, there were some extenuating circumstances with illness and being short-staffed that definitely got in the way. Our insurance company even remarked that they usually did not have such issues.All-in-all, they did a great job and we are satisfied. We would definitely go back in the future if needed - but hopefully not, lol.”

“Exceptional service as well as repairs. I was hit by a school bus, leaving my vehicle drivable but the front end was scratched and dented badly. The left headlight was broken as well. I took my vehicle in and they were extremely helpful with the estimate and through the repairs. They let me know halfway through the repairs they were struggling to find a part they needed to attach the new bumper to my car. “Excellent customer service. If you're a novice painter, they can advise you to the products that best suits your needs. I mainly spray small projects and they have mixed single stage or base coats in rattle cans.Very friendly staff, even if you're not a professional paint/body person.”
