He asked about my issue and about the unfortunate issue I encountered with my poor customer service during my initial phone conversation. He said he would look into this issue but please allow time for him to research. I was so appreciative of his service and level of concern. That IS customer service. He called me back less than 24 hours later. Shane found that i had indeed paid off my loan and somewhere it had just stopped being processed. Shane said he moved it through the system quickly. My county clerk should have received notification today and they are also mailing me a copy of the paid off loan. Not everything always works smoothly but customer service should always be first and foremost. Thank you Shane and Arsenal Credit Union for using this as an example for training. I look forward to receiving my updated documents next week.Had a home equity loan. Paid it off 2 months ago. Still have not processed it to clear it. I called and all I got was that she will send an email to remind them. What kind of service is that?”

“We started banking at the Oakville branch in 1994, it was a trailer on telegraph, as they were building the bank. We have business accounts and personal. We dealt with the Richardson and telegraph locations for many loans, including home loans and commercial property loans. We use both locations for 1 for business and 1 for personal accounts. When you stay with a bank for over 30 years there’s a reason. Highly recommend for business and personal needs. Good job Midwest bank and congratulations for being recognized in your awards.”
