It seems the staff is a bit controlling. If not overbearing. I have also been surprised at the lack of professionalism.

Internet is ok. But the phone they make you get is a joke by far charge you by the minute to make local call

The whole experience was very professional. The installing gentleman were so nice and very helpful. I highly recommend Mark Twain.
