I’m new in town and HVH was HIGHLY recommended to me and I stopped by to check it out. Shirley greeted me and I explained my situation and she was so very helpful and kind. I was impressed with not only her kindness but the kindness of the staff with other customers. After transferring my dogs records to them they had their first appointment. The tech was so wonderful and compassionate with my one dog,who is deathly afraid of vets, and just as wonderful with my other one. Dr. Dunn talked to me afterwards and I was equally impressed with his kindness towards my babies and taking as much time with me as I needed to ask questions and fully explain things to me. I have the utmost respect and gratitude for him and his staff!!!! Definitely a loving and caring place to take your fur babies!!!!
