I've never once had a good experience with their pharmacy. Just today my husband tried going to pick up my medication because I have a pounding headache & they told him that they didn't have it after he told them my name MULTIPLE times and gave them my DOB. I called them (which that's always fun because they NEVER pick up & im always having to call the store manager to transfer me) and they then told me they DID have it & they just couldn't unserstand him.....REALLY?!? Tell him that instead of telling him they don't have it in stock!!! I had to drive with a pounding headache in the rain & then easily told them my name, didnt even have to spell it & they found it in a second. Absolutely ridiculous that they can't do something so simple.

They call me and tell me my prescription is ready and I drive alllll the way into town just to hear "I'm sorry but we don't have a clue what we're doing and it's not ready". Incompetent as usual

Ditto the terrible review I just left for Eureka Walgreens! Since no locations are any good, I can say the same terrible things. Never pleasantly surprised when you need a refill. They either don't have it or are too busy to fill it until later in the day. Later, it's still not ready. This location was even more frustrating than usual. No record of the customer or the script was found despite they had the empty box with label, name and prescription # on it! We left in disbelief and then a miracle happened! The phone rang and it was good news! We do actually exist and they could fill it so we went back. We have already transferred most of the prescriptions we have and am HAPPY to say, this was our last frustrating visit to ANY Walgreens!

Switched to Walgreens from Walmart due to unprofessional employees. This has been even worse. Left a prescription of mine in the to be verified box for over a week 11 refills are on it so not the problem they just forgot had to call corporate office to even get ahold of anyone then they apologize tell me they are finishing it now I go down about a half-hour later it's nowhere to be found they literally misplaced it in that short amount of time. They had to refill it. So unprofessional and unorganized anymore. People's health are at risk so this is not acceptable at all

I came to this Walgreens from the doctors office for my 6 month old son who has a double ear infection and I pulled up to the window and they said that it was not ready yet and that they were going to lunch so I left this was 1:30 and the medicine would not be done till 3. ….. I live 30 min away and i had a crying baby so I had my husband pick it up on his way home from work and when he got there at 5 o’clock they said they were out of the medicine and the only place that had it was another Walgreens in Fenton…why was I not told this when I was there or when they figured out they couldn’t fill it …why was I not contacted saying it needed to be filled somewhere else. I’m signed up for text they could of sent a general message saying I needed to contact the pharmacy. Very awful. I work in a medical office I don’t care how busy you are you make sure each patient is taken care of. I won’t be using this pharmacy any longer.

If you need a prescription don't go to this Walgreens. Takes forever, don't answer phones, and I got disconnected while on hold eight times. Go to CVS, much better

It's a pharmacy drive-through, not a McDonalds drive-through. If you have a brain and are patient, these guys will get your stuff done quicker and I won't have to keep hearing psychotic rants while I'm behind you.

Walgreens is always more expensive than similar places. I have always had bad encounters with any pharmacist that worked for Walgreens. They always interjected their own opinions about the medication I was on and even refused to fill my prescription. I will never get my prescriptions filled here again.

Nice, friendly and helpful people working here. They work hard being understaffed, having to multitask constantly, and deal with some very challenging customers. Kudo's to the Walgreen's staff during these trying times.

They never bill my insurance correctly. I have 3 insurances through my father, medicare, and medicaid and they only ever bill my first insurance causing me to suddenly be surprised with a higher price and putting undue stress on my mother who has to go through the lengthy and hassle of customer service to get it fixed. It can be assumed that they actively avoid trying to fully utilize my insurances even after they tell me they have put my prescriptions through all of my insurances I always find out later that they havent't.Absolutely despicable.

I called in to arrange it so I can pick up all three prescription at the same time instead of making 3 trips and the lady refused to help me and basically told me I was a drug addict. I recommend switch pharmacy's, I'm sure you couldnt find a more rude or insulting place in North Korea.

I received a prescription that I need to take daily. They gave me 12 pills. When I went to refill it they said their system wouldn’t allow a refill because they gave me 30 pills on my last pick up. I have the box in my hand with the date that says 12 count. No one will help me. They say there’s nothing they can do. We had issues with my son’s medication and them not giving the prescribed amount years ago and switched pharmacies over it and have never had an issue like this at any other pharmacy. Due to Covid we have tried once again in order to stay closer to home. My mistake. I don’t see how a licensed pharmacy who deals with controlled substances can be allowed to make these kinds of mistakes without any repercussions. Their rude and unprofessional attitudes are the icing on the cake.
