I can’t tell you how many times they miss my pick up. Called and spoke to a woman who has no concept of customer service. She’s rude and disrespectful. I asked her if I get credit when they miss my pick up and was told no. Just put it out next week.I explained to her I pay for weekly pickup.If you miss a week you should credit me for that week. Went over like a fart in church.This company is poorly managed and they absolutely don’t care!

Every time I call, no answer. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. I switched to WM after about 7 yrs w/m&m. Only $3 more per month. And I don't need to call anyone to pay my bill.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Update - this company is poorly ran. Always messed up billing and owner picks and chooses which trash they pick up. Skips paid residents and promises credit but you never see that. Needs to hire a management company to handle things properly. Would give zero stars if was able to.Every trash company simply empties whatever you put in the trash cans. Not this company, nor is it posted anywhere! This company will not take your trash unless it's packed the way they want it in the trash. Their excuse is that other trash companies get to empty the trucks directly to take to the landfill and they have to empty their trucks by hand. Those issues shouldn't be made the customers issue. We have also had several instances when our bill was paid in full but the trash guy was under the wrong impression and skipped our pickup. He also went as far as to tell a neighbor (who happens to be my parents) that he recognizes everyone's trash and if he thinks we put any of trash with my parents, he will put it back at our house. How about the fact that my parents may have ran out of bags and borrowed from us instead! Had them for years then they decided to not pick up anymore because their wasn't enough on our street. Didn't let me know and just stopped service leaving me high and dry. So I would be leary of them canceling you without your knowledge.Service: Trash removal & disposal

We just switched to them from their local competitor. We've only lived in the area for the past 3 1/2 years. The other service provider we had was terrible and their prices fluctuated even though we didn't change anything. With this current service we are very pleased! They always pick up our trash on time, the billing amount is consistent, and they are a lot more reasonably priced than any others in our local area.

They pick up the trash consistently, but getting ahold of them to either pay the bill by phone, or make a request is next to impossible. No one ever answers the phone. Even during business hours. I just got a past due notice, even though I've attempted multiple times to reach them over the last several months. The lady that runs it doesn't do her job. And the service itself is dubious at best. I can't even call to complain. This place is so frustrating. I even tried going there in person. The address is an old run down house in the middle of the woods... I do NOT recommend!

Tried calling before they closed still no answer. Customer service is very iffy. Their hours are very short so it’s hard when you’re working and trying to get a hold of them. Payment methods are very out of date there’s no way to pay online or through your banking app Only reason why I’m staying with them is because they’re cheaper than everywhere else.Service: Trash removal & disposal

My sister called up there to ask them about getting services the lady who answered the phone was rude when answering questions, and told her to “ find another service” instead of just answering questions. Isn’t that what a receptionist is suppose to do?? Highly unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone

Taking advantage of people that live here temporarily like most companies in this area. Leave your trash can out for a month straight with no overdue bills and get no pick-ups! I’ll be throwing my trash in their parking lot.

Just moved in and acquired their services. On the third week they didn’t show up. When I called and talked to them the lady was rude to me, stated she would check into and hung up the phone. Then later that day I called many times to follow up and never got an answer. They don't answer the phones . I pay for my trash to be picked up two days a week but my trash only gets picked up once a week. When I call them anytime during the day to discuss it they never answer phones

Rate them a 0. Poor/ rude customer service. They rarely answer phone and it is the only way to contact them. When pickup days are missed they say "We will get you next week." Never an explanation for the missed service or an offer to credit my account for missed pickup days. The trash cans are routinely found in the middle of the street. They require me to pay two months in advance. They usuall say they will check with the driver about missed pickups and will call you back, but they never do.
