The dollar general in house Springs needs a whole new store and employee do-over. One cashier to check people out and she’s always huffing puffing complaining rude and wants you to know it. Not just her but the other female employees. They will tell you to hurry up or hands on hips, real attitude problems. Like wow. The men are quiet and won’t hold eye contact with you and would rather turn invisible than interact with you. But I’d rather deal with them than the women pushing mop buckets around following you rolling eyes heavily sighing and mumbling because she wants you to know she hates her job. Not just her. All of them. I always think there’s one employee there but another one is stocking while complaining or doing something in the shadows purposely not helping the other worker out. Everyone hates it there. The customers hate it there. One 20 min line waiting your turn and every single person complaining. The self check out always out of service. The store is overwhelmed with merchandise stacked high and in aisles and it’s just an awful site and mood to be around. Shut it down and start over with happy workers. Maybe the workers hate it there but find a new job. Stop making this a toxic shopping environment to “deal with”. I try my hardest to avoid all dollar generals because all carry similar vibes. House springs one is just the worst of them all. I think Dollar General's everywhere needs to reevaluate their purpose of existing and shut down/sell if it’s not working for the CEO.

I don't know where in the world you found the new manager Dwayne but he can be put right back where he came from. Rude is an understatement and the way he speaks to his employees is reprehensible. Also a kayla who is so rude she could possibly be related to him.
