$611.28 FOR OIL CHANGE, 4 BRAKE PADS, AND 2 ROTORS. Charged me $20 to rotate tires that were already off to do breaks and Another $15 for other fluids I didn't ask for.This place is unprofessional. First off I told them this was a work vehicle and needed it asap. Had a 9am appointment for oil change, brakes, and tire rotation. Got a call from them at 11 am to tell me that my brakes needed to be replaced.... duh, thought that's why I took it there. Called around 1pm to get update. The rude lady who answers the phone can't even give me an idea of when truck will be finished.. so it took them over 5 hrs to do these very simple task. I wouldn't recommend taking your personal vehicles here.

Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Was told they only do oil changes in the mornings. Very inconvenient for people who work. And they're closed on Saturdays. They lost my business and I'm sure they're losing additional business because of this.

I work for AutoZone In house springs and Dave the owner and his daughter are always very rude to our drivers and other workers. Today December 22nd with the snow I myself took a delivery over to them and when I got back to the store they had already called and complained that I did not notify anyone I dropped off the part. When you enter a business you should be greeted but no one to be found. They are rude to us every time they call or we deliver. Tis the season for being rude, merry Christmas Dave and family.

I dropped my 91 cherokee off this morning for a water pump replacement and I just picked it up little bit ago and I am VERY much satisfied. Owner is polite and knows the meaning of customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning for anything in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance
