You have messed UP BIG TIME by what has been done there. I guarantee that this store will go down like a rock. You had a manager there who was the most dedicated and did WAY more than his job. You yanked him around and made many promises and he was still there for you. I guarantee that you not only lost many wonderful employees, but your business is gonna suffer. I know a lot of farmers and horse people who had the utmost respect for him and do not agree with what you have done. I am ashamed of what you have done and I thought you were a family oriented business. You know you are wrong and KARMA is gonna slap all of you in your smug face. Told ya so. Ya reap what ya sow.

I went into this store because they are right across the street from my business. I was looking at a porta cool and tried to get them to price match northern tool in arnold which is 20 min away. I had a couple employees try to help but had to get the manager to see if they could price match. All I can say is wow, don't even try to get them to price match a different store. The manager came back to where we were and immediately had an attitude and was extremely rude, right in front of my daughter. When I explained that Northern tool had the exact same item for $200 less he told me that they were not local because they were over 5 minutes away. And I can go in nicer terms " kick rocks". I spent a lot of money at this store being a business across the street. I would never treat, or talk to my customers the way he did.

Bought a chainsaw from here waited little over a week used it on memorial day weekend it broke after cutting down some trees first time using this saw and it breaks then i call they say we will swap it out for another one get there guy says yeah it is messed up ok so they see if they can fix the problem comes back and says they will switch it out for another one i said ok then he goes in the back and comes back and says they only do swaps in the first week so they will have to send it off to be repaired everytime i call the store to see any status on it they tell me give them my info and they will call me right back with some sort of news i have called five times and have never heard back once on my chainsaw i have downed trees i cant cut up because of you all selling me a defective chainsaw that broke the first time i use it and told me all this stuff now we are coming up on three weeks which is how long yall said it could take up too so tomorrow makes three weeks where is my damn saw at i will never ever ever buy anything from here again its ridiculous should of sent it off and replaced mine with a new one its less than two weeks old from the store are you serious

Great place to pick up things you need for around the house or Farm, they have nice inventory. Clothes, tools, plumbing, electric,paint, outdoor stuff, sporting goods, trailers, hardware, etc. For me they are close and that is great. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping here.

Went to get key made, they're the only key makers within 50 miles of me. Unfortunately their machine was broken at the store but was assured it would be fixed in the couple of days. Which it was ...

Courteous, helpful, informative .
I was very pleased.
Get this Walmart don't have key machine to make keys, they have a vending machine that offers only 2 kinds of keys.

Yea to Buchheit...
They carry all kinds of home products such as canning supplies, western wear, clothes, boots, hats, pet supplies(all kinds of farm animals) they even sell baby chick's, ducks, geese, some exotics. It's cool store. I still haven't made it through the whole store

I live in the city and used to love coming out and going to bucheits. Their prices have seriously increased! Their service is always excellent and the store is usually pretty tidy.
