“The reviews are several years old. I have no problems at our Holts Summit store and it saves me a long trip. Our Dollar general store also has some grocery items today. I believe both stores prices are competitive now and save driving into Jeff to find a store. Tom DurhamHolts Summit Jan 1 2024”

“I love this store! The meat department alone is worth the trip. If they don't have it, ask. The sausages and brats they do in house are the best! Their deli is very good. They have the best fried chicken in Jefferson City, bar none! The jalepeno poppers at the meat counter are well worth it! The store is great and the staff are super helpful.”

“The produce is fresh, the frozen selection is ample, and the treats are tasty. I’m in town for the weekend and I like to buy groceries where ever I go. I never expected to be excited by grocery stores at 33, alas life is strange.”
“Nice having a decent grocery store here locally. Saves us from driving to Columbia. Good meat selection and they have some good deals. We did get a package of chicken one time that was spoiled. We usually try to check the expiration dates. The staff is normally friendly and helpful. Store is clean and organized.”

“A local Dillons Family supermarket. The variety is just right for small town JC. Appreciate their diverse selections of traditional fare to organic/allergen specific hard to find foods. Their fresh produce is usually at its prime. If you are looking for fresh made foods they have those too. They have white sweet potatoes too!! I docked them a star bc it’s SO hard for them to keep my favorite Oatmilk ice cream stocked!”

“Today I am a happy camper. In the last two weeks, I have been to 3 different Wal-Marts and Sam's club. None had the 24 pack of A&W rootbeer. Store #4 and 50 miles from home and this Wal-Mart had it. Bonus....was on sale too!!!”

“I would like to thank the staff (she had red hair in a long pony tail and glasses) and pharmicist (short brown hair and I think she had glasses as well) I was so worked up I didn’t get their names. But they both decided to stay a little late the night before the 4th because I got off late and had the closing time wrong. I arrived after closing and the gate was already closed but after I explained that I had worked all day and rushed all the way from Columbia they graciously offered to still allow me to pick up my script even though I know they didn’t have to. I want to thank them because without my medication I may not be having such a great time right now. There have been issues in the past sure but this moment of kindness has made me forget all about that. One thing for sure I will never forget this!
Thank you again and give these ladies a raise. In a world full of selfish and rude people who have no idea what true customer service is, you have found two gems that you should do your very best to keep. I’ve been a customer here a long time and I have never been so blow away by such an act of selflessness. It may be small to some but it was huge to me.”
