“I had my vehicle towed here on a Fri. night after closing time. By midmorning on Mon. they called me and said they couldn't find anything wrong with my truck which had been over heating on the highway in hot weather and stop and go traffic for a few miles due to construction. While they were looking in the engine compartment they saw a radiator cap, a different one from the one that was on it. They concluded that the cap that they found was actually the one that should have been on my radiator and that was probably what caused the entire issue to begin with and being hot and in stop and go traffic exacerbated the problem. When I went to pay they the guy said there was no charge. I was stunned because that just doesn't happen. I was extremely appreciative and did make a contribution to the mechanics lunch fund. I would highly recommend this business, not because they didn't charge me, but because he took the time to explain
everything, showed me what all he did and was just a good person.”
“He did great work. My car wouldn’t start and he came out to where it was. No tow trucks. Though I had to get the part, he helped make sure I knew what to get. When OReily’s gave me a messed up part, he was willing to go with me to swap out for a new one and made sure it was the right one! He was focused on making sure my car would start up again and then test drove it to make sure everything was good. Great service!Services: General repairs & maintenance”
“We had 3 vehicles in our caravan from Southern Indiana to Osage Beach (on a Sunday). Our daughters Highlander broke down north of Holts Summit. Tow truck driver recommended Mike Schulte's. He did an awesome turnaround for her. We went back Monday afternoon to retrieve her vehicle. Friendly. Will highly recommended this shop to anyone.”
“Overall car is what was expected, Bought a little car with “ice cold ac”. That ac that went out not even 3 days later. Had it refilled due to low pressure that wouldn’t kick in the compressor and is not working again. This had to be a known issue.Other than that detail everything else was fine and as expected!”
