1. They can NEVER find my prescription because they say someone else put it in the wrong place. 2. I can never get my (very common) blood pressure prescription right away because it is delivered to them from another pharmacy. 3. THEY ARE ALWAYS "TEMPORARILY CLOSED" DURING POSTED HOURS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PICK UP ANY PRESCRIPTIONS. Stay very far away from this pharmacy. Incompetence like this is going to get someone hurt!

Minus 5.They have the lowest price for my prescription using Good rx BUT!!!!Phone system constantly malfunctioning, pricing higher on there Good rx then posted on my phones Good Rx price, Ridiculous long lines inside and in drive through, Un filled prescriptions after I was texted they were ready, Understaffed, and did I say there phone system is a joke. Good luck reaching pharmacy or pharmacist to request refill or a question on phone system.I finally decided 5 dollars cheaper then Walmart was not worth the TERRIBLE service I get from this pharmacy. Staff was always ok probably not their fault. Walgreens corporate and management is just not supporting this pharmacies staffing needs.

They can't get prescriptions ready in a reasonable time frame.... ever. If you go to the window after waiting 3 days for important medications, they just look at you like it's your fault. Go to CVS or Cox for medication needs. If you need a soda or candy maybe this location is ok. But, not for prescriptions.

Just want to say that Deb is a fantastic cashier. She helped to complete my check out faster than any other Walgreens cashier I have seen. It is very much appreciated, especially on days with crowded lines and given how many businesses are currently facing staffing shortages. This is always a great Walgreens location to shop at.

Piss poor pharmacy customer service and hands down one of the SLOWEST pharmacies I have EVER dealt with in regards to filling prescriptions in a decent time. Clearly needs new management. Case in point ridiculous long pharmacy line

I hate writing these bc I work in the public so when the cashier's r rude & most of them are, I look past it. But last night was 1 of the worst experiences I've had there. I shop here all the time. Multiple times a week, I'm a rewards member & I coupon here every week. I spend a lot of money. Last night was no different. Ran in to get stuff for my husbands toothache ended up spending almost $100 I got 2 of 2 different things bc they were BOGO free. I got 1 bottle of ibuprofen. They were 8.99 or 2 for 16. Either way that's to expensive so I just got 1. I felt my total was off so I went to my car looked at my receipt & went back in bc I was charged for 2 of them. She was rude from the jump & basically called me a liar. I explained that no I didn't get 2. I got 2 orajel, 2 protein powder but 1 of those. At that point who I assume was a manager came over. I started explaining when she again said she said she didn't get 2 but she did. Again calling me a liar. I went back out got my bags he looked thru some of it and refunded my money but I think he thought I was lying to. Blows my mind that they think after spending so much in this store having so many rewards in my account that I can use to pay and spending almost $100 I went out took out a bottle of ibuprofen and decided to come in, lie and get it for free. I try to just ship stay quiet and leave bc there r only 2 nice ones that I've met and 1 is a higher up manager there. If I go back & she's there I'll leave and come back when she's not bc I never want to deal with her again.

I called all day trying to respond to a text Walgreens sent me saying they were having trouble filling the prescriptionmy. I tried all day to get help from someone there but they never would help. I was on hold multiple times for 30 minutes then they answered and put me on hold until the back up ring started ringing . It rang forever then someone answered and put me right back on hold then I waited forever and the backup ringing started forever again but when they answered then hung up on me. I've spent hours on the phone and now they're on lunch so I had my Dr. call it in to CVS where I'll have to pay more but at least they answer the phone right away every time. I know they had my phone number through all of this because they texted me to start with. Terrible phone system and customer service.

Worst pharmacy ever my wife Is epileptic and we usually have to come 2 or 3 Times a month Just to get all of her meds so she don't have a seizure that and they always call and say their full and then we get here and they're not and we live over 20 minutes away then We have to wait to get a partial fill come back. And a few days get more of the partial and come back a third time

The pharmacy staff is excellent. They have several employees whose attitudes are exemplary. They are shorthanded. But every business is shorthanded.

Personally if I could give a review of 0 I would. I was seen in the ER and my prescription was sent in to this Walgreens and it was sent in around 2pm today and my prescription as of 4:30pm still has not been entered into their system. I do know that they have received it because the ER sent it two times to make sure. I ended up going to the Branson Walgreens and was told because of the type of RX it couldnt be transferred to get it filled and while on the phone the Hollister Walgreens said they had someone entering RXs but would find mine and have it ready to in 30-45 minutes and of course its been that and still no text saying its been entered or anything. I definitely wont be using this Walgreens again. Oh and they do not answer the phone so that is a good indication to go somewhere else.

Never enough staff to smoothly handle the volume of customers. We all have to line up , single file, backed up down the nearest aisle. The customers who I always visit with agree that Walgreens and CVS operate like the government. They have all the clout and know that whether you have good customer service or not, there's still, effectively, only one of two places you can go. So the customers have no recourse... except these surveys.

Pharmacy couldn't fill the prescription because of a DEA # of the prescribing doctor. Wrong. My neurologist had to call the pharmacy to prove his number is valid and the pharmacist said it was a mistake on her part. Fine. Went back to get the prescription and now it has to be ordered. This is not a order for tylenol it's a very important seizure medication. They don't care.

This is a sorry excuse for a pharmacy zero comunication with customers auto refill is a joke. Eait time on phone is 15 min usually just to talk to someone. They empose their view on what meds you should get no matter how long you and your Dr have worked to get your meds right.

The staff in the pharmacy were very nice. The drive-through was closed, and the long wait time in the store due to 1 window was inconvenient but what can you do?
