“My family and I were headed to Branson Friday August 2nd and got a nail in our tire. It was 5:45 on a Friday night and they were set to close at 6pm. I hate to be “that person” that shows up right before close but the staff at the Big O Tires in Hollister Missouri were so kind, very helpful, and had us back on the road at 6:01pm. Not to mention, I believe the air conditioning in the showroom was broken because it was hot and they had fans everywhere but still, they were so nice and so efficient. If this was my business, I’d be very proud.”
“Fix my ac in two hours, been broke for for a year took it to two other shops in town they said I needed a whole new system for $1400 or more , they got in and out for 800 and I didn't have to leave my car for three days, best service I've had in a long time will for sure be returning for future service, by the way all that was needed was a new compressor”

“We made an appointment to have our tires balanced. Upon going in today they informed us that our locking lug-nut chuck was striped out on the inside. They were not comfortable removing the tires. Thank them for finding the problem. Went to the Jeep dealership to get a new chuck for the locking lug-nuts. That is another review. Great people to work with.”
