I can’t say enough good things about Shawn. I found a property on Zillow and tried to reach the listing agent several times with no success. So I called Zillow and they connected me with Shawn. The first phone call went so well. He realized I was over four hours away so he went to the property and he videotaped the inside, outside, plus the road going into the area. Homes are flying off the market so I asked if we could meet the next day and he not only made time for me to see the house, but the neighborhood is managed a little bit differently and he took the time to get all the answers from the neighbors for me. It was like having a big brother looking out for me. He went above and beyond what anyone has ever done during real estate transactions on the three other homes I bought in the past. Shawn was considerate and professional and he never pressured me or made me feel that if I didn’t buy immediately I’d be losing out. I highly recommend him!Additionally, he’s very knowledgeable and willing to explain things. I would have to say the thing that stands out the most was that it didn’t matter that I was buying probably one of the least expensive properties in Branson—he never made me feel less important.

Katrina and Macy were wonderful to work with. We have a unique work situation that prevented us from seeing home we wanted to buy but they kept us up-to-date with pictures and phone calls throughout the process!!
