Food looked very old and when I was getting gas on pump #3 it took the guy 5 times of resetting it to get my $25 worth of gas that's why I don't stop here

Went in for diesel. Saw the pump had 44.60 on it after I inserted my card
.When I checked my bank I found $200 charge for unleaded gas. They claim to have reversed the charges. I will see tomorrow. I would not recommend this station. The fraudulent $200 charge was removed from the credit card.
But what about the people that don't check their bank after visiting this station?

Beware some of 91 octane pymps, contains 10% ethanol. Didn't see the other 91 octane non ethanol pump. Ethanol is worse gas mileage lower b.t.u rating, and absorbs water, builds up in engine and combustion chambers and even worse for direct injection engines. Will contaminate your oil with bypass gases.

Biscuits were really undercooked. Lady cooking said if she cooks them longer they get hard. So she said they’re always that way.Maybe the warmer is too hot that it keeps cooking them to make them hard instead of just maintaining the heat. So it seems she undercooks them on purpose so they don’t get hard under the warmer. *based on my conversation with her

Dirty store hardly had any hot food and what was there looked like it sat for hours..no thanks.. also bathroom apparently out of order so my wife couldn't take out baby in there to change, also seems the pumps mess up and don't give receipts here either, had to go inside and stand to wait and ask for several minutes because this place only has one poor worker working by themself, no prices on any of their products inside the store so you don't know what you're spending, nice way to surprise someone at the register, but I guess that's the sketchy con they use to make you buy more..I should've stuck to my usual and went to kum and go, their gas is actually 20 cents less and they actually have friendly staff, not like what I experienced at this Shell station.

Small parking lot, building was unbelievably cold (it was freezing outside) but the employee had a good attitude and was nice. What a shame they have to wear a coat while they work

If I could give zero stars, I would first time we went there. The gas station was fine. Second time the card readers don’t work you have to go in and pay second time you go. The card reader still won’t work and you only need 5 gallons of gas but the guy behind the counter can’t even turn the pump on and then he wants to get rude about It won’t stop there again.

The heat in the building is ridiculous, the fact you have people employed for you is surprising. UPS just had a strike because of the refusal to put AC in trucks. They raised their pay for environmental hazards. OSHA requires that you have a comfortable environment for your employees, I am sure that 86+ isn’t comfortable for you. Let’s extend the time spent in that environment with little to no air flow, it increases your chances of hazard from heat exhaustion. The management at this location won’t even stay past the point of the high of the day. Put yourself in their shoes, this is terrible to treat you employees this way. Absolutely terrible, shame on your establishment. I send you prayers that you fix this immediately or you will be losing business, our community talks. Fix the AC! Don’t be cheap this time with the parts needed to fix it!

At 4:30 today i stoped at this store to purchase a drink. I told the cashier that I needed to get change and he cussed me out. This is ridiculous something needs to be done about this.

Nothing in the store has a price. How in the world do you know if what you are buying is what you are willing to pay. . . Never stopping there again. No matter how convenient!
