“This transaction/purchase of a new bed was such an easy experience, from beginning to end. When I walked in with the intent to purchase a new mattress/boxspring..I was met by Tony, who assisted me, through the decision making phase, and within less than 10 minutes, I was ordering a new bed, including metal frame! I came back one day prior to the bed delivery, and settled up! The next day, my bed was delivered by Anthony and Dominic, who couldn't have been more courteous individuals! They had to struggle a bit to hoist the 3 pieces upstairs to the loft bdrm, but got the job completed in a timely manner, and I got a great night's sleep last night on my new bed. The only glitch in the delivery was, that the dispatch sent those two guys to the wrong address (where my nightly rental is located) instead of where I reside! I think they worked that all out in the end, after leaving my place...but all's well, that ends well ?”
