Was on family vacation when I accidentally dropped my phone while we were at the Landing. Screen was totally broken. I did a quick google search using my husband's phone and this shop was the only one still open since it was already almost 6pm. I called and spoke with Frank who advised to bring the phone to him. I did go the next day and shared a nice conversation with him. I left my phone with him while my family and I went to a wax museum. Not even an hour later, my husband received a text saying phone is now ready to be picked up. I picked it up and was even given a free casing. Thank you Frank!!! I totally felt the genuine service and concern.You are amazing!! We left Branson with such a positive impression of the place and its people.

Very nice man who was quick about helping out even before the time it said the store was supposed to closed at! Gave us a good laugh when speaking to him about phone colors lol! Thank you again for fixing my husbands phone screen?

Had just broken a phone at worlds of fun in Kansas City. Frank came in clutch and fixed my screen for 100 when other places were wanting to upsell me upwards of 200 for an old 7 plus! Now the place I usually go to charges me only 60-70 but for being so far from home, this wasn’t bad at all and I’m thankful for Frank for helping me out in my ordeal! I highly recommend him.

Best Buy said they couldn’t fix my phone and no one could fix it, this man right here at the shop, fix my phone in about two hours, and my screen was absolutely shattered and my phone was bent as well. I didn’t back up any of my stuff on iCloud so I couldn’t have it on my other phone so if this phone didn’t get fixed I would’ve lost all my music and everything but he fixed it so if you have a problem with your phone this is who you need to go to . Not Best Buy

Super friendly, I went in because I thought my charger port was broken (I've been using a wireless charger for months) but they cleaned it out and didn't even charge me just told me Merry Christmas. Id definitely go back with future issues.

I brought my phone here for a screen repair. After it was repaired I had a charging problem. I brought it back and paid for a second screen because the technician would not pay to replace it again. After the second repair my rear camera would not function properly and the technician still refuses to cover the new problem. He stated it was not his fault. I have not dropped my phone or got it wet since the second repair. This place does poor business and even worse repairs.(After reading owner response)Don’t lie on your response to make your business look better. I showed you pictures before you replaced my second screen and then showed you my camera after you had replaced it the second time. I showed you in person that my camera was faulty after you had done your repair. There were no pictures to prove my camera worked after the second screen because it in fact did not. You just didn’t want to back up your work. I didn’t ask for a free screen, I simply asked you to fix it.
