I am 70 years old and got my first beauty rest pillow top king at the age of 30. I have loved them so much that I purchased one every 10 years and even bought one for each of my sons when they married. That makes 7 beds I have purchased for thousands of dollars!!! I purchased what I thought might be my last bed 1 1/2 years ago. ( $3400). It is the WORST BED I have ever had. It sinks where your pelvis lies about 2 inches...no matter how many times you rotate it. My husband hates it too. You feel no softness where the 'pillow top" is supposed to be. Our backs hurt every morning. At first we thought it just needed to be broken in. When I called to see if we could exchange it...I was given all sorts of instructions to take pictures and measure the indentations...and maybe they would give me credit for a more expensive bed. Don't buy this bed. Whatever they did to cheapen it...has ruined the quality. It is so expensive and such a waste of money and waste of a good night's sleep. $3400 is a lot of money....I feel totally ripped off!

This transaction/purchase of a new bed was such an easy experience, from beginning to end. When I walked in with the intent to purchase a new mattress/boxspring..I was met by Tony, who assisted me, through the decision making phase, and within less than 10 minutes, I was ordering a new bed, including metal frame! I came back one day prior to the bed delivery, and settled up! The next day, my bed was delivered by Anthony and Dominic, who couldn't have been more courteous individuals! They had to struggle a bit to hoist the 3 pieces upstairs to the loft bdrm, but got the job completed in a timely manner, and I got a great night's sleep last night on my new bed. The only glitch in the delivery was, that the dispatch sent those two guys to the wrong address (where my nightly rental is located) instead of where I reside! I think they worked that all out in the end, after leaving my place...but all's well, that ends well ?

Tony is awesome. Great "no pressure sales" guy, with the lowest prices in town. Literally. Believe me I shopped around, Found Tony and got my first 10 hour sleep in 2 years last night!!!!Thanks buddy.

First let me say I hate shopping for furniture, especially beds. I called and spoke to Tony, and he convinced me that I needed to come down, try out some beds so I can make an informed decision, one that I would be happy about. So, I sucked it up and my wife and I went down to the store. It was the best experience, Tony knows his stuff, helped us pick out what was best for us and would work within our budget. The whole buying experience was fantastic and only took 20 min. But that is not all, the delivery guys (two young men) did an amazing job, they were kind, accommodating and professional. So, if you are looking at making a purchase for a fantastic bed, see Tony, you won't be sorry. I will go back in a heartbeat next time I need a new bed.

This is the second time we have come to BeautyRest Mattresses at Hollister, MO. We were very pleased with our first mattress purchase and went back to purchase a mattress for our Master Bedroom. Tony was great to work with again in our latest purchase. He spent time in helping us choose the right mattress for our needs. We appreciated his experience and expertise in the product offerings which helped in making our purchase. He was knowledgeable and very professional working us without the sales pressure. Tony (Tech Dude) was very helpful while we looked on the showroom floor helping us in narrowing our choices to what we needed and wanted. I came to here looking for a mattress that would help me sleep comfortably through the whole night. I tend to wake up with neck pain about four to five hours into the night. Tony was amazing! He helped me pick out the hybrid which has the memory foam to aid in any position I want to sleep in and avoid the disruptions from neck pain. I really appreciated that he listened to what I not just wanted but needed! The mattress even has cooling pads in it that I didn't even realize I would love as much as I do now! I used to kick my covers off at night and now I don't I sleep in one position the whole time and wake up feeling energized now! Thank you Tony!

We were very pleased with the service provided by Tony. We told him how we slept and any aches we had. He had us try 3 mattresses out and we chose one and were out in 30 minutes. It couldn't be any easier.
