I pulled up there this morning to get a flat tire fixed. The owner was talking to another gentlemen carrying on a conversation about idiots on the road. Stood there for 20 minutes and he never acknowledged my existence. The one guy left then he asked what I needed. Told him had a flat that I needed to see about getting fixed and he said I could leave the car as it would be a few hours. I was from out of town and headed to kc so couldn’t leave it. There were zero other cars in the parking lot or in his shop. He could have repaired my tire in the time he talked to that other guy about non business issues. Went up the road to Tildens and would suggest you doing the same

I normally do not post negative reviews. However, I am making an exception today. I stopped by because I had a tire go bad. I pulled up. Two gentlemen in the office talking. No customers waiting. No vehicles on the lot. I was told it would be several hours before he could get to me. I really like supporting home town businesses. This is NOT one of them.

Went to shop completely empty in shop and lot and was told it would be several hours for 15 min job they are ridiculous there and very unfriendly for locals that own a business they dont care about customer service at all

RUDE. Its been a long time I have been treated so poorly by a place I am trying to do business with. Thought I was supporting a small local shop who would be happy to do business with me- nope not the case! Go support one of the other small local mechanics in Holden. They are at least pleasant to talk to and treat you like a person and not a cockroach.

I've never been treated so poorly at an auto shop before. Came for an inspection and the owner started barking orders at me like a Driver's License Test officer. Actually screamed and rudely gestured at me about not knowing he meant turn the brights on, when he kept yelling "Dimmers!" Then jacked my car up with my daughter inside. I've never had an inspection while being told to stay in my car. They do get you in and out quickly if they aren't busy, but anywhere would be better than this place.
