I love this place! I'm happy I gave it a try and will keep coming back. I was driving 40 minutes to my other gym, and this is so much closer to home. I'm a busy working mom, and I love how they are 24hrs. Very clean, quiet, and respectful place to work out

Good set of circuit machines. All the free weights. Cardio machines. Great staff. Just upgraded my membership to a family one for 2023.
The Gym is a fitness center located in the heart of Holden, MO. The Gym brings amenities of the big gyms all while keeping the small town vibe. Members get 24/7 access and the option to add access to the infrared sauna or tanning beds. The Gym has plenty of equipment for both the weightlifters and the cardio lovers. Office hours for tours and sign-ups are Monday-Thursday 3-7pm. No appointment necessary!
