I ordered a mailbox in June of 2021. I still do not have it. Everytime I call to check on my order, I'm given a bogus estimate. This is a terrible way to run a business. Why not tell the truth?? Now I'm looking for a new masonry company. I've waited a year trying to work with these people. been patient and all its gotten me is disappointment.

Outstanding craftsmanship! My beautiful mailbox was installed on Saturday and I couldn’t be happier! I searched the entire St. Louis area & there was no one who could provide a custom built, brick mailbox at a reasonable price.....period, until I discovered MJ Masonry Mailbox Co in Hillsboro, MO on the internet. Linda provided me with outstanding customer service and she worked with me to make a suitable selection , she coordinated the building & subsequent delivery & installation of my mailbox and I am more than satisfied. The masonry on the exterior of my home was difficult to match since the brick has been discontinued but MJ Masonry was diligent in pursuing a near match which took some time but I am more than pleased with the result.
