I took my cats to Vetco to get their annual vaccines. Leslie Reed was the Veterinarian working at the Waite Park, MN location. About a week after my 1st cat's appointment with her, all of my cats started showing signs of Demodex Mange infection. To me it is obvious that my cat picked something up from this unclean Vetco location and brought it home to my other two cats. I am writing this review because she was very unprofessional and rude to me when I expressed my concerns about the lack of infection control in that clinic. My cats are clean and healthy and haven't been anywhere else besides this visit to Vetco. She said I couldn't prove the mange was picked up at her clinic, and would not give my other cats their rabies shots because of this situation. I can't stress enough to stay away from her.

Omg I am devastated. I've been taking my animals to Dr. Reed for 15 yrs and now he is closed!! ?. Such a wonderful and caring staff. I am at a loss. Any recommendations?
