I have dealt with GAZAWAY for years and the owner AARON has always been honest and prompt. The problems with GAZAWAY May be that everyone is trying to get their vehicles fixed and show up without an APPOINTMENT. They have increased their business because they do a good job at a fair price. It's hard to find a repair shop around their area and GAZAWAY is trying to keep up with demand. GOOD mechanics are hard to find and keep. You can't leave your vehicle full of tools and expect GAZAWAY to be responsible for them. Try them and see if you are happy with GAZAWAY, BUT CALL FIRST FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

My vehilce was done more than a month after they said it would be done. (which caused me to have to rent a vehilce) then while I was waiting for them to be done with my truck My truck was stolen from the shop, because the doors were not even locked.

Such a Bad experience.Would rate 0 stars if I could My vehicle was done more than 30 days later than i was told..yes 30 days.To make it worse my vehicle was stolen from the shop, due to the doors not being locked. Thankfully It was recovered but with $2,000 worth of tools gone.Owner denied any responsibility for vehilce not being done on time or the truck being stolen.
