I cashed in 3 lotto tickets. One $5 winner, one $10, and a free ticket. Got 10 in gas and 2 drinks which should've totaled about $14 so I still should've gotten a little bit back. Was charged a little over $3 somehow AND didn't get my free ticket. The cashier distracted me talking about my wallet and I guarantee she pocketed my money and free ticket. Younger girl with glasses who worked afternoon of 6/23. I was too tired to even realize until after I left because I have a new baby and now there's nothing I can do. Thanks for taking food from an infant's mouth. I hope you get caught. Check the cameras maybe? I'm sure I'm not the only person she's pulled this scam on.

Id give 0 stars if I could. I ordered HALF cheese Half pepperoni pizza for my kids. I received a FULL PEPPERONI PIZZA, no biggie... I called up there, the pizza guy acknowledged his mistake and told me to bring it up there and they would replace it..
My other son had already are half of it and he said that's fine just bring what you have. I brought it up there and william, the pizza guy, and the lady at the cash desk refused to remake my pizza. My 10 yr old now has to wait until there's a manager in TOMORROW MORNING TO EAT DINNER!!!! THANK YOU CASEYS PIZZA FOR ALWAYS MESSING UP. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME BUT ITS THE LAST TIME!

I am getting so sick and tired of placing orders and coming up to pick it up just to find my order was never started while all the employees that work in the kitchen are chasing each other around the store during a shift change. Then 15 minutes later which means it's been a full 45 minutes since I placed my order by this time, I'm told that the previous shift never made the order nor did they pass it on to the new shift but yet my ticket and a few other ones are sitting there dangling off the printer on the wall. Or I'll come up here to pick up an order and they tell me it's going to be another 10 minutes because they're busy. That plus the 30 minutes I waited to come up here makes it 40 minutes and then they make everything wrong because the cooks didn't even follow the instructions and put ingredients that I did not want on my pizza on it and failed to put what I did want and those are what I paid for as well. I am also getting sick of them pulling the pizzas out too early and when I get home to eat my pizza that's supposed to be hot and fresh, I find it I have to recook it in the oven because it's partially raw. I highly suggest going to somewhere else to get your pizzas. Their prices keep going up and their service keeps going down. They need to hire people who's going to actually do their job and not play in the kitchen. This is getting freaking ridiculous and I've had it! ????? and the sad thing is, they're nowhere near busy in this place. The parking lot has been empty with a few here and there coming and going so I don't know what the hell is going on with this establishment. People beware if ordering your food from this place. For something that cost $22, I recommend going to Imo's where at least you'll get a pizza and a sub that is actually worth that amount.

This Casey's has really gone downhill - from constantly being out of things (like the drink coolers almost empty as well as the ice machine and fountain sodas always broken) but it's also nasty. There is always coffee and sticky creamer dried on the coffee bar counter and multiple times there have been spills dried in the floor, all while employees are just standing around not busy at all. Casey's is overall great but this location is a huge disappointment to the chain.

Ordered food for delivery. The delivery time kept changing so after 2 hours we called. They said our food was dropped off at another customers house. They didn’t bother letting us know. Charged us $55 and we could not get a refund. Trying to Dispute Caseys’s charge to my card. It’s not rocket science, how hard can delivering pizza really be.

Casey's is always pretty good when you want a slice of pizza or an ice-cream cone on the go. I always save a little money getting gas there as well by using the upside app.

Got 2 slim Jim’s from there today. One of them was good, it didn’t expire until Dec this year. The other one however expired on Sept. 11, 2021. It was over a year old. Not the first time this has happened and they really need to check their stock before it gets sold.

So my chime app tells me that I can load money onto my card at this location and I go in and ask about it and they told me no no very rudely and and made it such a unpleasant experience that all is it experience that although I was gonna spend $30 in gas and yes I was so offended I only spent 20 pony and I seriously mean that rude robot road Not welcoming pizzas alright they had nice sunglasses selection their way over priceless and yeah that's about it
