I called after hours last week because I thought I could smell a propane leak in my house. I didn’t think anyone would answer because it was late and I had intended on just calling the fire department if it got worse. I left a message and Jesse called me back right away and walked me through the steps I needed to do to ensure that my family was safe. He was kind and hospitable even though I called at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. I’m so happy we made the switch to affordable propane. Jesse and his team offer excellent service and are always willing to meet our needs.

Garrin was awesome! The affordable propane of highlandville team went above and beyond! Thank you so much! I have never had propane before and allowed it to run out. ? They walked me through when I needed to call back and so on so it didn't run out again. I called this morning and they were here just a few hours later all the way in Rogersville and gave me an hour and a half heads up so I could get things wrapped up at work to meet him here. Just so happy with the Affordable propane team. Thanks guys. ?

We purchased our own tank and called affordable propane to come out and do the complete setup and installation ; they were here on time and their professionalism and expertise was outstanding! The entire process from setting the tank through using our new stove has been great thanks to the guys at Affordable Propane! We would highly recommend using them!

This is the best propane company in our area. If there were 10 stars they would get them all! I called on a Saturday evening knowing they were closed but planned to leave a voicemail to schedule a delivery and they answered my call. He let me know it would be 5 to 7 days before delivery and they arrived in 4. Prior to filling the tank he let me know ahead of time they could only give 200 gallons due to high demand as well as disclosedthe price. They are so nice, professional and have the best prices and customer service! I recommend them to all, if you are having any issues with your current service call Affordable Propane and they will earn your business with one chance.
