Always friendly and willing to help with questions & always working with my insurance and/or provider to get my Rx’s taken care of. The staff is knowledgeable and always striving to do their best and help customers.

I've noticed a lot less workers in the store and checkout can take awhile longer. Got my flu and Covid shot with an appointment and it took over an hour. The person giving it was walking around in the pharmacy area looking confused. Didn't inspire much confidence in me he knew what he was doing

Pharmacy needs customer service skills. Don't care about customers. I'm so excited Mercy at Dierbergs accepts my insurance again.
