Which ending being 4 bolts in right front tire and 3 in the left front tire. Needless to say i have to replace both tires. But i had a tire warranty purchased when I bought my truck and Mario went out of his way to call the warranty company and turn in my claim for me. I know this is not probably routine for him to do but he knew I was in a bind because I had to be at work in an hour. I am very pleased with Dobbs but also very thankful to Mario for assisting me and my Mom (she ended up waiting on the work to be done while I went off to work.) He handled everything which took all the stress out of this big issue.”

Thanks to my run-flat tires, we managed to reach the center, albeit flustered. Mike quickly assessed the situation and found that the tire needed replacement. Despite my car’s non-standard tire size, they swiftly ordered and picked up the new tires within an hour and a half.
Brandon was an absolute star throughout the entire process. He kept us updated constantly, easing our stress with his frequent check-ins and light-hearted conversations. Brandon’s dedication to ensuring our high-end car was handled with the utmost care was truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and reassured.
Although we declined the alignment check due to time constraints, we left feeling extremely grateful. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. I had a maintenance code pop up in my car telling me that I needed 3 services done to my vehicle (oil change, transmission fluid flash, and coolant flush/replacement). Since it was a maintenance code the services weren’t necessarily needed, but, as the employee explained to me, “more of a friendly reminder from my vehicle to check if you need them done.”
I knew I needed an oil change, but I was not sure about the rest.
Ken was amazing and checked everything for me and told me when to come back in the next few months to get the other services done since they were not needed at this time.
You hear horror stories about people going into mechanic shops and getting “tricked”, more or less, into getting services that they don’t actually need— but that is never the case here!!
I have been coming here for about 5 years to get various vehicles serviced (from my 2008 Hyundai Sonata to my 2018 Acura RDX), and I will forever trust them to tell me what does (and doesn’t) need to be done to my vehicle.
I do not really have someone in my life to be able to tell me what needs to be done with my car if it’s running funny, or if/when something needs to be serviced, but I always know that I can come here and get an honest answer, estimate, and, if necessary, recommendation.

I took my car to them because my oil light came on and I still had around 1400 miles until my next oil change. My car has never had the oil light come on before so I was more than concerned. My last service was done at Kia, well obviously I won't be going back there. They left my drain plug loose and Alex and Landon took the time to make sure my car was safe to go back on the road. They also documented what they found for me. I can't believe how nice Alex and Landon were,they really do care,Alex had to write everything by hand because the computer wouldn't accept the notes.Now that's customer service! These two are exactly what you want in employees.I get human error but I definitely won't go back to the dealership for an oil change, I'll leave it up to the pros "Alex and Landon!" “I came for an oil change and got right in and out. I feel that Walmart should have more employees working on each shift considering how big this company is. There are never enough employees working. People are always standing around waiting and they will have 1 person checking everyone in and checking everyone out. Should be 2 minimum. I did have to wait a while inside (like I said, 1 employee) but once they pulled my car in it was pretty quick. The employee was friendly and in a great mood actually. He kept his composure while he had multiple people trying to get him to help all at once. So I'm giving the employee 4 ? and the actual store a 3. It could have been a little cleaner. There was a funny smell around the register that I just chalked up to being around the open bays.”

“These guys know their stuff. The staff was very helpful especially Alexander and Yuri who helped me with my tire. Had a nail in my tire and went there, they checked and said they couldn't patch it as it was on the side, but gave me clear instructions on what tire I should get and what side effects are there if I get different once. I ordered online and went back for installation. They got the car in time and fixed me up with in half hr. They were able to show me their professional work ethic and I time service.”
