Needed a brake pad hardware kit to replace a broken clip. The store didn't have a separate hardware kit in stock to fit my vehicle, so they opened a box of brake pads and sold me just the bag of hardware from it. They could have insisted that I buy the entire brake pad kit, but they didn't, which helped me get my car back on the road quickly for minimal expense. I really appreciate it!

This is a great parts shop, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they do their best to make sure you get exactly what you need. Sell Quality Parts and shop supplies, Craftsman tools. Haven't been disappointed with anything.

NAPA stores are great this one was as well. one of the employees diminished the reputation a little bit though by turning the lights off 25 minutes before close and being irritated and having to sell something and go grab a part from the back no big deal I guess but at the same time the other employee was excellent mentioned that the item was on sale and for him to change the price on the computer apologized for what was going on and I will be back because of the other employee...
