Funny how you can’t “find” anything and claim that something didn’t happen. Would have been under my last name of “Webb” not Schaefer. My bank account reflects accordingly. Just goes to further prove how much you guys don’t care.
We were regular paying customers at the time. My dog was extremely sick during a normal day. I called to try to squeeze him in since they are super close to our house. They said I had to pay at minimum $500 just to bring him in. I bawled on the phone to the lady only for her to basically say she didn’t really care. I didn’t have any other options so I took him- hours go by they had given him medications without consulting me as to what they were giving him and why and what was going on. He had an adverse reaction to the anti-nausea medication and shook the entire night. We thought he was going to die. I called them multiple times that night and over the weekend. Never heard anything back from they. About 3 days later they called to confirm his appointment for a completely unrelated appointment. Never asked how he was. When I told her that I called and left voicemails she just said “oh we were having phone issues”. How does that excuse not checking up on a patient?
We ended up switching to advantage and have never ever ever had an issue with advantage since. They take such good care of my babies & if we need to emergency appointment they always do their best to work us in- at no extra charge.
Murphy is always trying to take money first before the health and wellbeing of an animal. Sad. Don’t go to Murphy

I came here for touch up laser and rehab for my working line Belgian. On her assessment, we learned she was ouchier than even I realized. The doctors and staff have been phenomenal. They answer all my questions with patience, care, and detail. They also are willing to take their time with my girl, prioritize low stress handling, and even let me introduce my other problem child dog to the facility so he’ll be more comfy when he does eventually go in for rehab. Cannot say enough about what a lovely place this is!

Update, 13 years of stellar service later, I live an hour and 15 min away. When my dogs have an emergency I still only trust Dr Flegle and Jeff. They have saved my animals more times that I can count, even one dog where her vet by our home wouldn't get her in but Dr Flegle did! She had pyometra and it was Friday when I realized our fire fighting dalmatian wasn't right. When her normal vet couldn't get her in and was going to let her not make it, one call and rushing to Dr Flegle, i still have our dog. She made it. Because Dr Flegle did it. I can not scream or praise this place enough. My family all comes here, they are the best of the best. Your animal stands their best chance in their hands!!! You won't find compassion, care or honesty better any where else.
They are absolutely amazing. For at least 10 years of phenomenal care. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my babies. They are the top notch of amazing

Our 3 girls (dogs) love the Murphy Animal kennels! They are treated like royalty! The staff there are amazing and my dogs are so loved and cared for! I never have to worry that they are bored. I know they have a blast because they come home all tuckered out from their doggie-sleepovers. Thanks for loving our fur babies!

I've been taking my dog here for the past 6 years and have been really pleased with the service provided. Dr. Schulte is fantastic and the office staff are always so polite and helpful. We also really like the boarding facilities.

I have had a relationship with Murphy Animal Hospital for nearly 10 years. For upwards of 5 years I was there almost weekly between my personal pets and foster pets. Dr. Flegle amputated my cats leg when she had cancer and did a wonderful job caring for her and for us during our time of need. When we moved, I opted to switch vets due to the driving distance, but I still recommend Murphy to friends and family! And with Dr. Flegle's new rehab certification and rehab services, you cannot go wrong with taking your sweet pets here!

Everyone here cares so much about your pets and will do anything needed to help care for them! The rehab options are amazing, especially for my dogs who have mobility issues, it’s been life changing for them!

When I am looking for a vet to take care of my cat, Caine, the No. 1 thing I want to know is that she cares and wants the best for my pet. Shannon and her staff absolutely do. I have 100% confidence in them. I wholeheartedly recommend Murphy Animal Hospital for anyone who wants a healthy, happy pet.

Really sad that the owner can not get her act together. Just rehired an KNOWN abusive trainer. Videos of "trainer" bringing food into play room, then kicking dogs away from her. Also hired abusive trainers mother, with no kennel experience, to run the kennel!!! Please do not take your loved ones here.

This animal hospital hires women who will kick your beloved companions when she taunts them with food. WHILE OTHER EMPLOYEES OBSERVED AND DID NOTHING.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DAYCARE OR BOARDING!!! Employee brought food into the open playroom (which is extremely dangerous and will cause dog fights), and proceeded to lightly kick a dog to get the dog away from her and her food. I’ve worked professionally with dogs for years, 5 of which was in an open play environment. This is so dangerous. There are better daycare/boarding facilities

Do not do business here!!! Be aware, they allow people that kick and hit dogs to work here. Animal abuse is not okay and the owner doesn’t care. She will lose her best workers before she loses an animal abuser.
