Came to High Ridge Animal Hospital when looking for a new vet for our 12yr old dog. Both visits we’ve had so far were for immediate need due to a mouth growth and breathing issue versus just regular care. Our dog has had a mouth surgery & then also received ER type care for breathing. I was impressed both times w/the amount of concern & care shown to us but more importantly to our sweet dog. The health information is shared openly & upfront pricing given so you can make the best choice. I can’t recommend them enough! The vet is knowledgeable & immediately seems in tune with my dog. Someone always answers the phone and Drew is always pleasant at check in & check out.

Came to get set up with a vet in the area and because one of our cats was looking awfully thin. What we found was not really happy news, but I'm so glad that we learned what we did when we did. And I'm so thankful that Dr. Stair was quick to recommend a budget friendly treatment plan to help our kitty stay as healthy as she can be (and for recommending a diet to get our chunky guy a little less chunky!). I'm also thankful for Drew who always answers the phone with a friendly attitude and a desire to help. Having sick pets is stressful and emotional but a great care team helps so much!

I have been a customer of high ridge Animal Hospital for years and was happy with them for years , but the last couple of years not so much recently took my my dog buddy for vaccination and grooming and was 5 minutes late,,,5 minutes !!! And was told by Drew that the baths were already running and would have to pay 25 dollars to reschedule (5 minutes) gave me the rudest look he could muster, I said nothing and left went to Murphy Animal Hospital and was met with smile it's been awhile since I've got that from high ridge,,hope they do well but I won't be back,,, have a nice day
