I came in to buy a pair of replacement tires for a camper trailer, and I was met at the door of the store by a pleasant young man who immediately inquired as to what I needed, led me right to the correct product, and then checked me out. I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes and the tires fit perfectly. Highly recommend!”

“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
“Almost every worker I passed by today said hi and was very friendly. (It did help that I had my dog with me :) however, they were very kind and respectful of my dog who is still learning how to interact with the general public. My dog got a few treats. Chatted with a worker named Alicia who was very sweet and made me feel welcome. Thankful for kind people!”

“Wonderful small hardware store that has pretty much what you need in household goods, tools, lawn care items, lawn mower repairs, nails etc.. and more. Dont go to Lowe’s or Home depot to waste time walking through aisles looking for items and getting no help. Visit this store first- get quick professional knowledgeable service and get on with your day. Plenty of close parking across the street. Highly recommend.”
“I love going into Menards there's always so much you can see. The light fixtures they have on display are definitely a sight to see. If you were looking for a light fixture that is definitely the place to go there are hundreds to choose from. I also enjoy going in the garden and lawn section because there are so many different unique things you can find at Menards.”

“The 5 stars are for Phil in Windows & Doors at the Fenton, Mo store. Phil helped my wife & I today with several items (spent $555.00) in multiple departments none of which were Windows & Doors. I know he saved us at least an hour if not more time in the store. If Lowes had him training they would have more 'on the ball' employees. Home Depot & Menards would be wise to hire him away and put him in charge. Thanks Phil!”

“You know prices are not the best here but it is convenient and unlock big box stores where you have to search for help, the staff here are always easy to find. I appreciate the convenience when I need something quick and don't feel like driving up to Manchester and dealing with traffic.”

“Today is Black Friday, an obviously hugely busy day. While trying to take advantage of an on-line Black Fri. deal, I hit a snag. Between "Michelle" in the Lawn & Garden area at the Sunset Hills store, and the on-line representative, we got the order placed. I'm so impressed with Michelle - she was so incredibly helpful, despite being crazy busy. Nicely done Home Depot!”

“First, I just looked at other reviews for this location. Im not giving this store a low score like others have solely because Tractor Supply as a whole is “woke.” I'm basing my score due to my interaction with the staff IN THE STORE. Big difference. Anyway, I normally shop at Tractor Supply in Troy. However, this location had one planter in stock that I really wanted and I made a long drive to get it. Online it said there was one. But when I got there, Deven thought there were more and went to look and found a lot more of this particular hanging planter! I was thrilled! (Corporate needs to make sure they are on top of what’s in stock at different locations.) Thank you Deven for going the extra mile. Let’s talk about James. He not only helped us locate stall pellets, he offered to put them in my cart (and load them in my car) and then THANKED me for shopping at Tractor Supply! Who even says “thank you” like that anymore? James did. Kudos James. Jessie was super sweet at the register. And one other gentleman helped me find a few other things but I didn't get his name. Obviously it was a great experience at this location. Thanks to all! You're what customer service is supposed to be like.”
