Not happy with the phone I got. It was free but it should still work properly. I have connectivity issues, battery issues, dropped calls and texts that are not received for hours after I send them. It's a Motorola stylus 2023 and I've had a stylus 2022 and a 2021 version with a different carrier that worked great without any issues, but neither one of those phones came from Cricket. I've had cricket in the past without problems and I have friends who have cricket and have been at my house and don't have the same problems I have.

My husband's phone CONSTANTLY has something wrong with it. He's on his 4th phone. I had cricket, hated it, my phone was always acting up

Switched over from Metro and Brad went beyond great service with a painless transition to my new phone and he even schooled me with some really neat tips and tricks that you can do on a Andriod phone. Will be back to add my wife and kids sometime this summer. Thank you Cricket for great service and a great salesman.

Bought a phone from Apple and wanted to use their credit card. Was told they only finance the big carriers. I considered looking into switching, but I am really happy with Cricket. To get my new phone to work, I had to go to a Cricket store. I walked into the store in High Ridge (Dillion Plaza) 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday and was greeted by Landon. I apologized to him for coming in last minute and he assured me it was no problem. He was very kind and got my phone up and running very quickly. The service I received from Landon has convinced me that I made the right choice sticking with Cricket.

Bought a cricket phone, paid in full. Used it as a tablet for awhile. When I decided to add it as another phone line, found out cricket won't unlock it cause I waited longer than 6months after purchase. They refuse to unlock property i purchased and own. Asked to speak to supervisor, said it was there policy. Do not buy a phone here!!!

I visited the High Ridge Cricket store today to get a replacement phone on my account. The rep at the counter was quite helpful. He prepared my phone for use and answered all my questions making for a good experience.

My phone is just a few months old (4) and will not hold a charge, it took 4 days to get it to 43%, and the phone will die after 1 or 2 phone calls. Called, they told me more or less tough it is more than 7 days old. What!?! I think that isn't right, I can understand if the phone was a couple years old, but a few months!? Guess I I will just have to contact the corporate office, the BBB, FCC TV stations. I'll be in contact with everyone who will except the complaint. 45 years ago I would have gotten a group together and picketed Cricket, but I'm too old for that anymore.
