Bought a sixty horse Massey Ferguson w/front wheel assist and front end loader six years ago. Have been very pleased with customer service and have had no tractor problems at all, would buy a new one but like the oven too much. Would recommend to anyone.

Purchased a new MF 4710 from Doug at Vahrenberg and couldn't be happier. Great new tractor with outstanding performance. I was one day away from buying a similar Kubota, saw one of Doug's video's, compared the two tractors and changed my mind. And I already own one Kubota so it wasn't that I was dissatisfied with Kubota, just that much more impressed with the MF 4710 and Doug. Highly recommend.

Vahrenberg run an amazing, family friendly, great customer service and we felt welcome just like family. Our kids and grandkids love to drive the tractor.

I shopped around for over a year before deciding to go with Vahrenberg. We put the entire deal together over the phone. They did everything I asked and then some correctly and in a timely manner. The new tractor was delivered to us in perfect condition. Mr. Wendell took the time to go over the tractor with us to make sure we knew how to safely operate it. That alone was a few hours out of his busy day. He didn't leave until he made sure that we understood all of the terms and fine print regarding the warranty and such. We even received a handwritten thank you card from these great people. It is good to know that there are companies still out there that take customer service seriously. My first and last call for anything Massey Ferguson or Implement will be to Vahrenberg.

My father and I have used these people for years. Service department does good work but won't talk the place up past that. They don't like giving out technical information on products they are certified by the manufacturer to sell and service and the owner considers "I don't know" as an acceptable answer I guess unless you know who the special person you need to request is (when they answer the phone they just say the name of the dealership and you have no idea who you are talking to anyways). Disappointed this is acceptable behavior to regular customers. He said he's gone "above and beyond" for me but as well as my local NAPA treats me with free parts delivery to my house and my local McCarthy Chevrolet dropping me in 40 grand loaners while they service one of my 20 year old cars I'm not sure if we share the same idea for "above and beyond" standards. I hope I never have such an attitude with my regular customers that have been doing business with me for nearly two decades. My response to the owner is I hate that he tries to act like this is "normal" in the ag industry. It's not normal at Ag Power when I get parts or service for my John Deere from them. It's not normal at Golden Valley when I get New Holland or H&S parts or service and it's not even normal at Shuck Implement which is a rival Massey Ferguson dealer. Everyone always ask what department you want or just goes and gets them. They never say, "I don't know". I never have that happen anywhere but here. I got flat out ignored on Facebook asking for a publication number for a book until I attacked the dealership with a bad review at which point the owner thought I was somehow wrong being ignored and shoved to the side like I have many times before. It's disheartening when you try to be supportive of a place for years and when you get sick of being shoved to the side somehow you are the bad customer in the wrong.

Very friendly place. They even remembered my name even though I hadn't been there in a years time. I get all my parts for my hay mower there.
