Building full of idiots. Not one person who works here can do the job properly. Horrible customer service, unfriendly and disrespectful employees. Absolutely useless.

Horrible. Over the years I can’t even count anymore how many times I’ve received a package/envelope that was wedged/bent/broken in my mailbox. How hard is it to leave it on the porch like every other delivery service?

Mail comes later every day and some days not at all. Request to have package held so I could actually get it before 7pm to go out of town and they send it out anyway. They need to just do away with USPS and privatize it so things can actually get done right.
