Christina and Bobby are an amazing team. Christina was showing us cars completely honest about them and Bobby worked his butt off calling our old company due to situations it was very hard for us to find a car. But thanks to them we were able to get one. They are so helpful so nice they were even worried for us they're the best. I've bought two cars from them and I would again. Forever and always.

Shopping for a car can be overwhelming. So many questions we generally have and whoever comes out to speak to you can make it or break it for you. I had the BEST experience with Christina Kennon at Twin City Toyota! From the moment she met me outside she was informative, not pushy, and she was extremely helpful! All of my questions were answered, and time was spent with me to learn my new car! Everyone at Twin City Toyota was helpful and kind which I appreciate greatly! Sales Associate Jim Kelly for setting up my phone to sync it to the car. Showing me how to use the infotainment system and dash menu several times. Helping me download the apps that I needed. And how to use. Spent a great deal of time with me on all the technology. Thank you!
Service Advisor Shelley Gibson who took it upon herself to waive the charge for repairing a tire found to have a nail in it. And for getting me the loaner car when I dropped mine off for installation of accessories. Thank you!
Aaron Davis in financing/extended warranties for the no pressure approach and answering all questions thoroughly. Thank you!

Start to finish the best car purchasing process I have ever experienced. Happy with my value - and unlike many Toyota dealers in the area, Twin City didn’t load up my RAV4 hybrid with a bunch of unnecessary dealer add ons. Jessica was great to work with, and the finance office was efficient without any high pressure sales tactics that I’ve experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend any STL folks make the drive.

I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla Cross at Twin City Toyota. My salesman, Jim Kelly, was very knowledgeable and personable. He made the trying experience of buying a car painless and was a wealth of knowledge about the car he was selling. No high pressure sales at this establishment. They did not try to force you into buying added warranties when I was turned over to the finance department. Mr Kelly even set up my iphone to synch it to the new car. All in all, a good experience and I would recommend Jim Kelly to anyone wanting to buy a new car.

I can't say enough about how awesome Shelley Sharp at Twin City Toyota is! She went above and beyond for me and my employer to help us with a Toyota Camry purchased there in 1996...when she truly didn't have to. She helped with getting a lien release from Toyota Credit that we were struggling to get for the sale/titling of the car. She provided excellent customer service...incredibly friendly and so helpful! Thank you, again, Shelley!
