Twin City Toyota is always great. The are friendly and explain everything to you before they do any work. I used to change my own oil but for what they do it for and use their good oil, I can't beat it. Plus they look over your vehicle while it's there to see if anything needs taken care of.I trust them with my vehicles.

I don't know what the deal is with this place, but I was literally trying to buy a new vehicle from this dealer starting on a Tuesday. Didn't get much response from the BD Manager, Jessica. Finally on that Friday, 4 days later, she responded saying they aren't selling vehicles to out of state buyers. Why not? What difference does it make? A sale is a sale. Discriminate much??? Especially from a neighboring state.

Bought a new Tundra from Twin City Toyota. The process was smooth and easy. My salesperson, Christina, was very helpful and explained all of the many gadgets and how to use them. What a great vehicle. This is my first Toyota and I'm pleased with my purchase and the friendly personnel at Twin City Toyota.

I bought my 2012 Prius here in 2016. I love the car and the people are super friendly and easy to deal with. Never a issue until last weeks visit to get my Missouri State Emission and Safety inspection . The service advisor came out and kindly explained that I needed a bulb installed , and my brakes would need replaced in the near future. I declined the brakes, but asked him to change the bulb. He also explained that the mechanic informed him that my floor mat had to be removed because it was not OEM , and put it in the back of the car. I had never in my life had this happen, and was somewhat confused by it. I assumed he would put the floor mat back when he was done "inspecting", my car. When I got in my car the floor mat was not on the floor!! I looked in the back of the car and it was right where the mechanic put it alright, thrown on top of a jacket and shirt I keep back there! I also was taken back that the old safety inspection sticker they scraped off was left right where it landed... on my dashboard. They would not take a few seconds to clean up the paper mess. For these reasons I will not return to Twin City Toyota, and would not recommend them for service. Joe Clark

Highly recommended buying a car at Twin City Toyota! Sam Raumschuh was able to find me my perfect Rav 4! She was so helpful and she really put in the work! Really friendly service here! They made sure I was informed, had all kinds of options and got me a great deal! Cant thank them enough!

First off, our buying experience was fantastic. The sales staff was great, however, after getting the car home I noticed a transmission fluid leak coming from the case cover as well as the fluid pan. I checked the paperwork and sure enough the dealerships maintenance department had resealed the pan prior to my purchase. No big deal - they did a poor job with the permatex gasket or tighted the pan incorrectly; people make mistakes. I contacted the service department, explained the issue in which THEY WROTE VERBATIM on the service request. I dropped the car off and after a week I got it back. The service department did not address the issue and instead said they repaired a "leaking transmission fluid line". The car is still leaking transmission fluid out of the case cover and the pan because they didn't want to take the time to properly fix it. The car is still under warranty but I don't trust them anymore so I will fix myself. As you can imagine, I will not purchase from this dealer again and I will encourage others to stay clear as well. This was the first vehicle I have ever financed and what went from a great experience with the sales team has turned into a major inconvenience because of the incompetent service department. I expect better service after spending 17k plus on a car.

I have bought 4 cars with Twin City Toyota. All experiences have been great - whether it's sales or service. Staff is knowledgeable and eager to please. Christina helped me with the purchase of a 2021 Venza and she took the time to get my new car set up so all I had to do was drive it off the lot! The phone was downloaded and the dashboard was set up to up so that I comfortable with what I was used to looking at - climate settings, radio, navigation. I live in West St. Louis County and still feel that it is worth the drive to Twin City Toyota!
