Always a wonderful experience when I go into Sapaugh. I have bought all of my vehicles there since I began driving. It's always a experience to remember. The service I receive is outstanding. From the management-Kirk Linderer to the sales dealer-Brandon Ziegler. They have great customer service and are so knowledgeable in every aspect of buying a vehicle. I can honestly say I will never go another dealership.

I called about a sensor going out in one of my tires. They were able to get me in the next day. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service that I received. The cost to replace one sensor was over $200 so I opted to replace the one. They told me the other 3 were also going out, but I cannot justify the cost to replace them - it's just too expensive. Still, everyone was nice and professional. The waiting room is pleasant as well.

This was our first time at the Service Department for my free initial tire rotation, inspection and oil change after having purchased my new truck from them. Overall I can't speak highly enough of the entire experience! Beginning with Jessica who sold me the truck and went out of her way to find what I wanted and needed, through the finance department it was the best vehicle purchase of my life (and I'm just shy of 65). The Service department staff was courteous, the waiting area was excellent with free drinks and snacks, and to top it off they had washed and dried my truck gratis!! Love this dealership!!

Blake was very eager and polite upon our arrival to see to our needs. He worked very hard to find us a truck we liked and he came through. He has a very high knowledge of the trucks at Sapaugh. Made us a good offer and made the sale.

Everyone there were so helpful. The sales man Brian Hankins was awesome and a pleasure to work with. My best sales person experience ever. Mike in Finance was the awesome and Al was great at going over all the tech features for my new ride. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

My experience at Sapaugh was excellent! They had plenty of cars on the lot, new and used, and many helpful and friendly staff members. Greg Jones was a joy to work with in helping me buy my first car. He made the process very easy and quick for me and he was extremely knowledgeable . I also had help from Kirk Linderer with trading my car and he also could not have been better to work with. 10/10 recommend Sapaugh to anyone and everyone.

My Wife & I bought a used Yukon XL. Brandon Ziegler was our salesperson. He went above & beyond. They made sure everything was right & we love the vehicle. John in financing was a big help. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

The entire process was a positive experience. Our salesperson, Brian Ogle, was great. We received a fair price, and there were no hidden fees or changes when we picked up the vehicle. Would definitely consider Sapaugh again in the future.

Sick of you guys closing your car wash bc of a sprinkle. You make millions a year and rely on excuses to close your car wash. It's annoying as all hell. There should literally be no reason to close it. You can just turn the water off when it's cold. So how stupid to make people drive there and get pissed at you for not holding your end bc your too freaking cheap to run your car wash. I swear to god I will buy my next car somewhere else if I drive out to you for it to be closed on a 73 degree day with one cloud in the Sky. Stupid.

Wondering if, when the ticket says " Check and top off all fluids" if that includes the engine coolant? As it turns out, I checked the coolant level 2 days after my service appointment and the reservoir was almost empty. Apparently NOT CHECKED, or at least NOT "TOPPED OFF".It looks like the service techs don't follow instructions!VERY DISAPPOINTING!UPDATE:After receiving a call from Mr. Joe Clemens, Executive General Manager, I returned my car to Sapaugh to have them look at the issue again.After the tech troubleshooting and making a repair recommendation, I responded back to Mr. Clemens that I did not believe that to be the root cause. With my explanation, Mr. Clemens agreed with my theory and instructed the tech to pull the cylinder head. The true cause of my issue was potentially located and repaired.While it may be too early to say the coolant leak is fully resolved, I am much happier with the end result.Thank you Mr. Clemens for agreeing with me.

I bring my 2018 Equinox in regularly for scheduled maintenance which is always thorough, expertly performed and confident that I am lucky to be a preferred customer here.On my most recent oil change, it was pointed out my tires after 5 1/2 years should be replaced. So I checked around regarding price, comparable quality, durability, warranties, etc. After 5 or 6 of these exercises all within $60-80 of each other, I came back to my dealer service counselor who informed me of a special brand on sale offering a conditional warranty as well as cost reducing discounts that my purchase would qualify me for. Other than a bit of confusion on the per tire price and cost of alignment, all was settled simply. I can tell you that the difference in how the vehicle performs is dramatic as if it was brand new all over again. My thanks to Desiree, John & Brad for their attention to detail in making it such apositive experience. Add to the experience the always charming Miss June’s exceptional brand of customer service and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thanks Mr Sapaugh for hiring the best team in the business.

I’ve not ever been to Sapaugh to buy a car, but today I took my GMC (that I purchased from a different dealer)in for a recall repair. I was very impressed by the service that I encountered from every single employee (6 different people). The facility was clean as well. They shuttled me to my home and picked me up all free of charge.
