Sick of you guys closing your car wash bc of a sprinkle. You make millions a year and rely on excuses to close your car wash. It's annoying as all hell. There should literally be no reason to close it. You can just turn the water off when it's cold. So how stupid to make people drive there and get pissed at you for not holding your end bc your too freaking cheap to run your car wash. I swear to god I will buy my next car somewhere else if I drive out to you for it to be closed on a 73 degree day with one cloud in the Sky. Stupid.

Great people and great prices! They gave me over blue book for my trade and I received a great rate for my new Truck! They took care of me from the moment I walked in the store! What a great experience! I will definitely do business with them again and have already sent them several friends who have also received A+ service! The general manager Joe Clemens checked on us several times to make sure we were being taken care of during our purchase!

I bought a 2015 chev sonic, the on star would not connect. I spoke with **** ***** the salesman several times. He told me he had to reset computer from our sale and then to have me try again, i reached out to him 4 times never was this resolved. I finally made appointment with service dept. I was told it would cost me 1200 to fix. If I hadn't been strung along I would of returned this car several days after I bought it. **** ***** has worked for sapaugh for over 20 years he knows EXACTLY what he did. SO EVERY TIME I TURN CAR ON I HEAR YOUR IN DEMONSTRATION MODE.

YOU'RE JUST A NUMBERTo say I'm less than impressed would be an understatement here. I feel my issues stem more from my salesperson than the dealership itself (at least thus far since I have only had my vehicle for 1 week). The salesperson seemed to care nothing about retaining customers and I don't feel I got any honest answers or communication during my purchase process with them. This was to be a great buying experience for buying my first truck ever and it really fell flat even though I love my vehicle. Problems I had with the salesperson:- right away they were shoving keys in my hand without really listening to what I was looking for. At one point when "I" found my vehicle of choice, not them, I told them to give me for details about the vehicle and don't just hand me the keys to where they needed to keep walking back and forth to get.-the first truck shown was a complete mess with 120K miles on it (again they weren't listening to what I really wanted). I test drove (again with promptly giving me keys which they already had in hand) and completely turned the vehicle back around and back to the lot because it was a terrible vehicle.-Credit: I got pre-approval from my bank a week or two before my purchase which I was told by my bank to just have the dealer fax in the purchase order. That should have been that easy BUT it wasn't. Sapaugh didn't want to hear that we already got pre-approved by the same bank they use. They told us "it would all be part of the same transaction. The credit would be run but would be part of the same transaction as the pre-approval". This was complete BS because I followed up after the purchase with the credit bureau and see the transactions from Sapaugh. I value my credit score highly and this bold face lie has hindered that score. -Follow up: Hasn't been any yet. I've been to dealers that have followed up the very next day to see how my new purchase is and if I'm happy. In fact I went to another dealer before Sapaugh and just looked at several trucks but of course didn't purchase AND that salesperson followed up with me 3 days later just to see if I was still in the market for a truck. THAT's great customer service. My salesperson was the epidemy of a salesperson and not one you always care to buy a vehicle from. This salesperson also seemed pretty out of it and not all together. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership for the simple fact of the salesperson I had. it seems others giving reviews had a different experience so I obviously got the short end of the stick.

We took our car in for repairs. It was a major repair - the engine and the timing chain were both shot. They quoted a figure that was out of reach, so we decided to not get it repaired there. I asked repeatedly for an itemized estimate and never got one. We settled on a price for the labor they put in. So far, so good. However, when we found a repair place with a price we could live with and had the car towed in, they called and said they couldn't start repairs because a lot of parts were missing, including the valve cover. We called, and Sapaugh right away said that they returned all the parts with the car. Actually, they returned none of the parts. We got a list of the missing parts from the second repair shop and sent it to Sapaugh. No response from them. Now, the repair will cost an extra $1000 because of their error or intentional failure to return the parts. Either way, we will not be doing business with them again.

Sales staff is great, my family has bought 4 cars through them. The reason we keep going back is because of the service dept. They really know how to take care of their customers.

Bought my last 2 cars here and even recommended people, this place is not the sameUpdate....After writing a review and giving 1 star I had received a phone call from Joe Clemens. The reason for the review was that I called the dealership to bring in my charger to get it appraised, if the numbers were right I would trade in for another vehicle. Found a Kia I liked was given the keys to test drive while they looked at my car. Long story short Mike Kinney offered 3k and that was the end of the conversation didn't wanna talk numbers nothing very unprofessional like he didn't wanna sell the car. I called back when I got home to see if they meet me in the middle and give 4k for the trade, he told me they could and asked if I was putting any money down as I stilled owed 10.5 on the charger I said no and his reply was that the bank would want at least 5 to 6k down. Might as well just put the 6k on my charger to pay it off quicker right?Got a call from Joe Clemens soon after to bring my car back in Monday to see if we can work something out. Took my car back out there Joe Clemens looked at it said it was worth more, car looked good the only thing that was hurting me was the miles. Joe sent me over to the same salesman I dealt with that weekend and said he would be over.I filled out the credit application which was a mistake should've knew better as he sent me to the same person is why I gave the bad review. Mike Kinney came back after running my credit, the sale price was 35.9 for the Kia ,trade in price for charger was 4k after Joe said it was worth more , the difference was 31k ,balance due was 41.9 ,payments per month were 1020 to 1040 on a 2022 Kia k5 Gt. To get my payments down to $800 a month they told me 8k down. I told him that's crazy I can just pay off my car with that and with the way the economy is right now who has 8k, a brand new 2022 kia same car goes for 31.5 his response was " why don't you go buy a new one then". I left and the general manager Joe Clemens never came over. They not only manipulated me to come back just to give me the same price for my car but wasted my time lowered my credit score and lost a loyal customer as I have been driving from the city for 8 years to get my cars and oil changed passing up plenty of dealerships just to look like a fool. Their coupon on the website is a lie as I offered trade and $500 down. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!

Jerry has been so helpful taking care of my husband's truck after it was broken into. Jerry has been doing the hard part with dealing with insurance and ordering parts. You know how insurance companies can be. If you need anything auto body related to be taken care of; Jerry is the man you should talk to. Thank you, Jerry!

I've come here a lot over the years and most of the time the service is great. Unfortunately since the pandemic hit the service has dropped off significantly. A week ago I waited 2 hours for an oil change and today I waited 3.5 hours for a tire change... unless your under warranty and need legitimate service I would go to an independent shop. I cannot speak for the sales department as I have never purchased a vehicle from here. I will say that every employee I have interacted with has been very courteous and professional.Update: I wrote this review while I was still in the waiting room. It ended up taking 4 hours for a tire change...

The General manager, Mr. Joe Clemens, is what keeps this dealership running TOP-NOTCH.... I figured this is why THE OWNERS PICKED HIM! My family are not high roller's, just a small family, trying to get by in these times.... Every time I've had an issue, Mr. Clemens quickly and respectfully resolved our issues! You can trust this dealership to do you right and if not, it will be fixed..... my family has been with Sapaugh for over 10 years and no complaints yet, that haven't been immediately addressed... Thank you, Mary D.

We took our vehicle to Sapaugh Auto Body with an oil leak, burning smell and a ticking noise. They called and said they could fix all. Once they performed the duties — billing $1,000 later they said to never drive the car again, the engine was bad. Nothing was discounted from price after speaking to manager — we had to pay $1,000 and now have no vehicle. Manager was hard to speak to and it took weeks to continue a conversation of at least some reimbursement and he refused...but asked us if we were interested in buying another car! No thank you.

Jerry M. was courteous, professional and provided top notch service on my vehicle. Highly recommend Jerry at the Sapaugh shop for any work needed on your vehicle. One of the best mechanics around and the most knowledgeable person I've met on the subject.

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past. They have all new sales people and now it is the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.They added a $800 tire and wheel protection plan that I didn't agree to or know anything about.I went in to talk to them about it and general manager Joe ran his mouth about he wasn't the one that did the paperwork and they don't just add something to a contract. SORRY JOE BUT THEY DID. I was told by ANGIE WRIGHT AND JOE BOTH THAT IT WAS NOT REFUNDABLE!!I said I would contact an attorney and WOULDN'T KNOW IT .. THEY FINALLY REFUNDED WHAT THEY SAID WAS NOT REFUNDABLE!!THESE PEOPLE WILL LIE AND DO ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE. The finance manager even said they are selling cars at unbelievable prices and they aren't worth the money!!I RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO RUN THE OPPOSITE WAY.
