This company deserves-100 stars. The customer service is hands down the worst I have ever experienced. I was supposed to have appliances delivered in December but they rescheduled to Jan 3rd. They canceled because the truck was broke down. First off how can a large company not have a spare truck??? So my delivery for my appliances was rescheduled to Jan 13th. Then I find out a few days prior that when they rescheduled my appointment that they only put the stove and washer on the delivery. Not the dryer. So I spoke with a few people over the course of a few days. Even spoke with Clide a "supervisor " employee ID 30242740 who guaranteed that I was getting all 3 appliances on the 13th. Then today when confirming the time frame I was told the dryer isn't being delivered. So I asked to speak to Clide. Who repeatedly lied to me and acted like I was an idiot. I asked for the email or direct phone number to someone higher up. He said that isn't possible and that I will have to wait till Monday morning. The inability to get answers, the amount of lies I was told is mind boggling. I will never do busy with this company again. And I will nake sure every person I know hears how horrible this experience has been. How can the CEO Drew Wilkerson not stop the chaos that is happening. Absolutely horrible experience. Worst I have ever dealt with in all my years.

The delivery guys were courteous, professional, and friendly. They had my Serta mattress set up and my old one removed in no time. They cleaned up all unboxing materials as well. Very pleased with the delivery guys as well as my encounters with customer service. Thanks again.

Washer was supposed to be delivered on 1/8 from 2 to 6pm. Delivery said it was on it's way all day until 6pm when it was updated as it couldn't be delivered. Got no calls and never even saw anyone on my street to let me know or talk to me about this. Called to see why it wasn't delivered and was told the earliest it could be delivered was 1/11.
This company needs to be better at communication and actually deliver on time. I am extremely frustrated having to set aside time on multiple days just to be blown off and told it can't be delivered for several more days.

The two gentlemen were very professional and did a great job with my washer and dryer installation. Our driveway was snow covered and icy but that didn’t stop them!

I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered a new dishwasher in November 2024. Paid for installation and take away of the old device. It was anticipated to be delivered it 2 weeks. Today is 01/08/25 and we have finally received the dishwasher after a complete MESS of it being scheduled twice (after multiple calls and complaints, found out that the delivery drivers had marked it as we had called to cancel the delivery, which we had not and were still waiting for its arrival that day. Then called to follow up and staff had told us they never received the dishwasher and that’s why we were never scheduled for it to be delivered *after being scheduled for delivery 2x*). Also, I spoke with Romina multiple times who said she was documenting everything, she is the one I spoke with about my order being marked as cancelled by us on the day of delivery and then was the person that told me that my item was never received by RXO and that’s why it was never a scheduled for delivery. We had to contact Sam’s who we purchased through to have someone reach out internally and get answers/motivate them to get things moving. FINALLY, our dishwasher gets delivered and the delivery men say they aren’t licensed to install and someone should have called us about scheduling. No one had called, NOR were we notified that was the process. So now we are told that it will likely be done on Saturday. Called to follow up today and were told someone called and was unable to leave a voicemail because the voicemail box was full, which is yet another lie as no call was received and we have an empty voicemail box. We’re too far in this process to cancel it now but trust me, I would if I could. I will never purchase anything that does their delivery service through this company. It has truly been the worst experience in my adult life. The customer support is the most unhelpful and useless team- no one has answers, correct information or resources to be able to provide accurate responses or useful help.

They have had my bed for almost 2 months now and after speaking to them NUMEROUS times to confirm a delivery, they cancel right before it's supposed to deliver. I've tried and tried to get ahold of someone to speak to and it only goes to someone at a different location who can't even get ahold of them. I've had to alter my work schedule three times now and I STILL do not have my bed. I will NEVER use RXO again and anything I order that does use them, I will cancel immediately if I don't have the option to alter the carrier.

Good communication via text to let me know when my delivery would arrive. The delivery was on time and efficient. The delivery men were very professional and friendly.

We ordered this oven back on Sept 2nd 2024. RXO ( company contracted to deliver for Electrolux) tried to deliver back on October 23. Delivery guys (who spoke poor English) said they couldn’t install it because it was too short. Turns out there were feet in the oven they didn’t even bother to look for. Once they left I found this out from Electrolux that this was the issue. RXO wrote on their notes that I declined the install which is not true at all. At the delivery they simply told me it could not be installed at all. After they left, I called RXO to have them attempt to deliver it again. RXO warehouse said the oven was “broken,” and could not be delivered. After speaking with Electrolux to reorder a new oven we discovered the oven we wanted was on back order and had to wait till Dec 4th for it to be sent from their manufacturer. 2nd delivery was finally scheduled for end of December . Delivery guys from RXO came to bring the new oven and set it up finally. However, they told us because they are new, they don’t have the tools to install it for us. Nice guys, not their fault. Their boss on the phone yelled at them and sounded pissed, but those two guys did everything they could to help. The next day I get a call from someone named John that he is with Electrolux and a technician and going to come out to install a washer/ dryer. I told him it’s an oven, not a washer /dryer and made sure he was a technician on the phone. After this duo shows up , I notice they are in an RXO truck. The first man that entered the house did not introduce himself and we asked him three times if he was a licensed technician, which he finally answered no to. He said he was from Electrolux since RXO is contracted by Electrolux. Technically he is a delivery and install driver with RXO. The RXO duo had no tools with them, they asked if the oven was propane three times ( we told them each time it was gas), and started to look at the instructions after admitting that they have never seen this type of oven before. Also these guys also showed up with no tools and you need a few things to connect the oven. We sent them on their way since we didn’t feel comfortable with the way they were approaching a gas oven install. This experience was insane. There were also several phone calls to both Electrolux and RXO trying to sort out how to get this oven delivered and set up over 4 months and it is still not done. RXO does not know what they are doing. Avoid this company if you can. We are going to call another company to do the install which we paid them to do.

Courteous and friendly delivery people. Arrived during the time
window given. We also had the ability to track them when we were the next delivery. Put our new appliance where we ask them to. Very pleased with the experience.

Refrigerator was not delivered on day promised in spite of being notified that morning it was out for delivery. No one called to tell me they weren’t coming. I called their 800 number and they were unable to help but said they would call me back in an hour. No one called back.

On 12/7/24 your long white box delivery truck entered our cul-de-sac to drop off an IKEA delivery to our neighbor - the truck did not have adequate clearance to maneuver due to parked vehicles & a flatbed truck across the street. My husband was getting our 4-year-old daughter from our vehicle at the time & even attempted to signal the driver to stop and allow us to move our personal parked truck to create additional space. Despite his very clear gestures the driver ignored the warnings and proceeded recklessly, causing the right rear corner of the box truck to strike and completely destroy our mailbox and post. As the driver didn't stop, quickly turned onto another street, it appeared that additional property damage may have occurred. The damage required full removal and replacement of over 2 feet of concrete base, disposal of debris, concrete base, and installation of a new mailbox, wooden base & fill dirt.This incident has cost us nearly $600 in materials, labor, and replacement, as well as hours of our time. The loss of our mailbox during the holiday season has disrupted our ability to receive time-sensitive mail. To date, we've called, spoken with RXO (the only customer service line is rerouted overseas) emailed & still no response or even an attempt at a resolution. I would never subcontract or hire this company.

The two gentlemen that delivered our washer and dryer did a fabulous job. Polite, professional, and did a great job.
