I have an older vehicle 03 and to say I have called every salvage yard and used auto parts store in 100 mile radius is not an exaggeration. Most have been helpful (almost).. less than courteous is a compliment. But Wellfitt parts went above and beyond not only in their inventory but any others that they can see from their system and I am so appreciative, and thankful add to that their courtesy and just fantastic customer service on the phone. Any Auto parts situation from here on out they will be my first number to call hands down top of the list. Bringing back customer service a lost art not lost on this business.

I recently had a Headlight Assembly replaced. The service I received was awesome. The person who I talked to over the phone a couple of times was very explicit with me as far as ordering the part, giving directions how to get there, (I didn't want to wait on any shipping which I knew would take longer,) There were no surprises on anything, everything was just as he stated to me,the price was acceptable, I picked up the part myself and another guy who worked there happened to be standing near me and offered to take the part to my car for me, I never knew his name but I have to give him his props too. When or if I ever need any parts again, WELLFIT is the place for me to go. Service was great and so were the people. Thank You Darren for a great experience at WELLFIT PARTS!!!!

Bought a taillight for a BMW, im a dealer. Talked to Darren and told him exactly what I was looking for reading off of notes. Darren ordered the wrong side taillight, called and told him it was the wrong side, he lied and told me I told him the driver side, again I was reading off notes right in front of my face. Darren lied again and told me the correct part would be delivered on Saturday morning, when I showed up the warehouse guys told me they dont get parts delivered on Saturdays. Made me pay their restocking fee for the part for their own mistake, and I lost a car deal telling my customer info based on what these clowns were telling me. These guys are liars and do not take responsibility when they mess up. If you call and get Darren ask for someone else, when he screws up, he's going to tell his boss it was your fault, and his unethical boss is going to take his employees side. I would not recommend doing business with these people, for me it was a complete money losing disaster.

This place was great when first opened. Having a commercial account hey had great prices and availability of parts. Now the prices are above other local places and double or triple online places for same exact parts. A little more is acceptable. 2-3 times isn't. Plus the fact they demand you wear a mask even though all mandates have been lifted for some time. YET their salesman Paul who told me I need to wear one.... doesn't even wear his....poor inventory. Exaggerated prices and rude staff telling me to follow rules they don't even follow.

Owners rude staff are rude too. Prices too high and I don’t recommend to buy anything from this place . Buy used parts from online way cheaper and better quality!
