How incompetent are these people? Every single time I order from fanatics it’s goes to this location and it’s just stuck. My newest order has been sitting and waiting acceptance for 8 days!!!!!! Oh and good luck ever getting someone on the phone!!!

This location gets a one-star for the following reason. I have a package sitting down there for 4 days ready to be shipped way out in Warrenton Missouri and still sets. My question is why? Just absolutely horrible service

Just curious why 6 out of the last 8 times a package of mine gets lost at the Hazelwood location. They even lost an ottoman of mine 2 years ago .
I still have a bit of faith. I currently have a package that left Hazelwood and was returned back to Hazelwood and has been there 5 days so far . Just wondering one thing . Why ?
Anyway good luck . I wonder which employee or employees are splitting the bounty . It’s ok . I end up canceling the order because it never arrived. Then I have to reorder and the coin is tossed to see if it goes through Hazelwood again . I respect the people that work for USPS . I just wish they would respect the client .

Worst post office ever! Definitely need new management at this location. This is all leadership issues. Package has been sitting for 2 weeks. What a joke! I assume somebody stole it that works there after reading all the bad reviews.

Nobody answers the telephone when you call! I have a package ordered April 29th, arrived at the Hazelwood post office on May 3rd and it's been sitting there for 5 days, accepted, but not scanned or sorted. What is their major malfunction?!?!! The package contains a gift for my daughter for Mother's Day!! I pray that I NEVER, EVER have anything shipped to this facility again!!

Morons. I live in southern Illinois and they sent my package to IOWA? Just for it to bounce around and wind up in St Louis. God damn I hope it doesn't wind up back in Hazelwood.

package has been waiting to be accepted at this location for days, waiting for it to move to the next facility for shipping. never had this happen. Not surprised after seeing all the other reviews. not to mention the package came from overseas, landed at Chicago airport, which I live 2 hours south from. now why was is driven allllll the way down to Missouri? doesn't make any sense.

Come to the post office today at 10:30 building was locked , so many people pulled up and left , then the guy finally unlocked the door late I went in and had the nastiest attitude, short with you and saying well this and well that cutting you off, I'm not use to people talking to me crazy, so I will talk crazy back. Please train your people how to talk to people saying he been with the company 8 years, I have never seen him in this particular office because everyone is always so nice and pleasant. I have to learn how to not let people moods upset me, I feel like learn to keep your issues at home because the customers didn't do it, late unlocking the doors almost an hour late, that's not our issue .maybe this guy needs training on customer service, run the tape back so you can see his mood.

Other than my packages not getting scanned in, it's an alright place. Better than most post offices in the area. The staff is friendly
