“Shout out to Steven first and foremost! I had a situation where my tire went flat due to a major leak during the snowstorm and couldn’t get my lug nuts off because some of them were rounded off. Steven was able to take the rounded ones off plus he offered me all new lug nuts and put them on at no extra charge!”
