“DHL service was outstanding. They not only took the time to figure out the complicated foreign address with the districts, regencies and sub-districts - but also stayed a bit after hours to make sure the packet is sent on time and I don't have to come back. Awesome experience, highly recommended.”
“Came around 3:15pm today, Friday 06/09/23 and was the only person in the post office. The person working the counter was very kind and pleasant to work with. He was very thorough in what I needed to do to pay for a postage stamp, and worked quickly to get me in and out. I'd say I was at the post office for a total of 4 minutes max.
The other times I was here, I experienced great customer service, fast lines, and a clean room. I really have no complaints with this post office, and can't understand all the negative reviews posted regarding this location. I actually wish I would have gotten the employee's name because he was just that pleasant to work with, and workers like that should be acknowledged.”

“After reading the reviews I was bracing myself for a bad delivery experience but I did tell myself I would leave a decent review if I didn't have any problems. The only issue I had was that they are slow to answer the door when you go knocking to check in. Other than that, I was in and out in about an hour and done before my appointment time.”
