“Trey, the store manager was very nice and helpful with helping me choose my storage unit when I came in today. He showed me up to my unit and gave me the lock. He also helped me make sure me access code worked, very nice manager.”

The lot has a lot of junk cars, and the lockers/storage units are not that great, but Ms. Shenita was very helpful on my transition out of the facility. I had question and she game me answers. She went above and beyond her position to help me and I will be forever grateful. Ms. Shenita, thank you so very much for everything you did helping me move out.”

“I had a few issues with the app for the truck pick up, return, and etc. There were some over the phone reps at the calls Center (2) that gave bad customer service. But overall, majority of the U-Haul workers, from the call center, Hazelwood, MO location & etc. gave phenomenal service. Thank you.”
