Don't have insurance with Ron but in the consistent professional world it agents like Ron Bradley that earn the 5 star rating. Thank you State Farm Jerry Bronson wouldn't even consider insurance with any other carrier.

It has been nothing less than a joy to have Ron Bradley as my insurance agent. Ron (and Cindy) are very knowledgeable about all the insurance products they offer and very helpful when it comes to making a decision based upon one's need. Ron has personally helped me with my auto, homeowners, and life insurance policies and has never tried to hard sell me on anything. Whenever I pop into the office for questions or anything, I always feel treated as if I'm family. I would recommend Ron Bradley as an agent to anyone I know.

This office rarely answers their phone. One secretary works from home on certain days the other in the office on the other days. They do not communicate so you have to call back on the day the lady you spoke with works to get an answer. I switched to a different agent only to find they did not remove my ex from my policy that was requested almost 2 years ago. Even the agent Ron will not return a phone call. Good luck.
