Absolutely disgusting. Bathroom is wrecked stopped to get lunch but after seeing the restroom I wouldn't feed my dog in that place

This new coffee machines omg! The Decaf machine is never working and since only one machine has it while the other 3 have original and some other flavor it’s very upsetting. I’ve went in 5 times last week and 3 of those times decaf had an error. Then employees just say “oh something’s going on with that one” and no one tries to fix it. This is the closest location to my house but I’m going to have to start going somewhere else.
Update: went back again on 6/12 and 3 of the 4 machines had errors at 6:45 am one of which being the decaf machine-_-

The night shift worker is very rude, dark skin lady with the dreads. Don’t know her name. She refuses to do her job properly at the front counter. I seen her make fun of a guy paying with coins, saying she would not accept it because she does not feel like counting it.
On one occasion, she refused to sell me wine all because my girlfriend was holding a bottle for me because my hands were full. We are both 21+ and I showed ID and even after she refused to sell to me.
Tonight I come in and attempt to purchase another bottle of wine. She scans the bottle and as I pull my card out she tells me I am intoxicated and she will not sell it to me. In no way shape or form was I intoxicated.
She needs to be fired immediately from this store as i’ve never had an issue before with any gas station ever in history.

Terrible customer service. Very old lady checked out the guy in front of me and the cashier next to her was having register troubles, and instead of checking me out (mind you I am THE LAST customer in line) makes me wait and heads over to the cashier next to me to help her. Took minutes and got so awkward as I waited that another person from the back of the QT kitchen came up to help me and ring me out. Then the old woman comes over to take my money and doesn’t offer me a bag or my receipt when I have multiple items. Just terrible customer service and really no common sense. A woman that age having worked as long as she has should have the basic knowledge to help the last customer, THEN fix the register issues. I’m almost positive in QT’s SOP’s when in training that they emphasize speed, as that’s what I’m used to but not today. Also she spoke to another younger worker very rudely as he was cleaning up, but not the way she liked. She appeared to be a manager as well. I run two businesses and I would want to know if this happened so hope the owner sees this. This is in too hot of a location to be rude and lazy to customers.

This location is constantly out of hand soap in the men’s bathroom. Can’t imagine the amount of germs being spread around this store. Employees seem more concerned about filling up their free drink. Also, new automated coffee machines seem to never work. The good news is your customers have bonded over how terrible they are. QT use to be so much better.

The coffee machines are down more times than they work. Staff is friendly!
I'm sure there's not much they can do when that ridiculous new automated coffee machine stops working every day.

Wonderful lady at the counter! She kept the line moving like I’ve never seen before and did it without being rude, she was actually very personable and helpful‼️ Wish I would’ve got her name so I could give her a shoutout but I was there on 2/2 at approximately 5:15 pm. She was amazing and deserves to be acknowledged‼️‼️‼️???????

I frequent this location weekly. I was surprised at 5:30 am there was no breakfast sandwiches already made in the warmer. I gave woman my order .she said I had to use kiosk. I am fully capable of using but I refuse to use. I said that's ok. Worker would not let. .met me at cashier and said she could help with kiosk. I told her no. This woman needs to let it go. I was expecting for her to follow me to my car.
