One of my clients used my company to work website design and software development. The customer first made a wire transfer to the company account. The bank declined then customer sent us a check and after that they also stopped our checks without any reason and on the contrary, and when we talked to bank about this things they directly said your company is a fraud. Even after all the work has been delivered to the customer, the bank has done so much wrong, I would highly recommend you not to open an account with PNC bank or if you use banking, get the account banned. So I this case we can file a case against to bank or not please suggest because they said we are fraud. But we are legitimate firm working since 2021

I have been a customer for several years. I incurred some fees on my account because I went below the minimum balance. I thought the balance on my account was $300. But I have an old account with a $400 required minimum balance. I spoke with a banker about the fees and she said she would request a waiver of the fees. The request had to go to a main office. The banker told me that the branch manager could not waive fees.
My complaint is: the banker sent off the request and 2 minutes later the response is a denial. It's outrageous that there was an immediate denial of the request. It's also outrageous that the branch manager has no authority to consider partial waiver of fees for a long time customer of 24 years.
One more complaint about PNC is the banker was more interested in selling me on more banking services like a checking account and a credit card than in helping me with the fees.
So I had to pay 5 months of fees. PNC has little consideration of customers needs and circumstances.

Ok strike 2. This time with my husband. He was treated rudely while trying to make a deposit. He and are both customer service oriented in our careers. Been with you too long to not be respected. One more strike and we're done with you. And that applies to all 7 accounts my family has with you.

I've been a customer for several years. Service used to be excellent but over the last couple years it's gone downhill. You can be the only customer in line & have to stand & wait while they chat & ignore you. Same in drive through. Takes too long & my transactions are simple & direct. Sometimes, they barely acknowledge you. Same at the Bridgeton location.

My mom passed and had an account here. Went in to close it with all the proper paperwork to my appointment and was told it would take 3-5 days to clear their security department. Over five days later, I tried to call about it. No answer with either call. Stopped by in person and stood there for 20 minutes before anyone asked me what I needed. I needed to scan the code to make an appointment; wasn't aware as I am not a PNC account holder, and won't be after this type of service. I'm sure if I went in with a big check to deposit, I'd have people falling over each other to help. Good Lord, service just plain sucks any more ...

The absolute worst pnc bank in the state.. ATMs are always having problems, inside you can be the only one in the teller line, and 4 tellers behind the counter just standing around for 15 minutes, horrible experience, there left hand never knows what the right hand is doing, and sometimes 1 teller behind the counter doing both counter and drive through.. but just like anything else in North County look at the kind of people who work there.. I'll leave it at that

i stopped by PNC Hazelwood on Nov 23 to make a withdrawl from the ATM. The first problem was that the ATM would not let me withdraw more than $87 (even though I had much more in my acct). After ejecting my card and receipt, the ATM did not send out the $$. Either fix your ATM or place a note stating that it does not work.
